Monique was careful to talk over all of the details of what they’ll do to my ring, because I had to go down a whole 2 sizes she was very verbal about the time it would take along with what may happen and how they will side my ring to get it back to its original look which is what I was worried about but again, she was very thorough in explaining how it all works.
