Hodgepodge Furniture — Attraction in Orange Beach

Nice shop for used furniture some repurposed, and usable pieces that might have been condo furniture. Good amount of art with more than fair prices. Lady behind the counter was preoccupied with some project, repair something? She never acknowledged that we were in the shop. We were looking for a coastal theme painting. Looked around for about ten minutes and decided to go elsewhere. Almost have to know where the shop is even though it's right on Canal road. It's near The Wharf in Orange Beach, making it fairly easy to find. At least it's not filled with Chinese prints with some paint placed in key places the make them look like the real thing. Won't give more than two stars due to lack of customer service, not easy to see as traffic pattern changes and there's the distraction of The Wharf and a large RV...

Fabulous store. Nice people running it. The only complaint is they are NOT compliant with the public restroom. They have a sign on the door that says it’s out of order. Supposedly it’s been out of order for years…If you ask to use the ladies room, they direct you out and across the big old street. Then you shop, spend your 🤑🤑🤑money and 💩💩💩watch the staff use the restroom…💩💩💩. That’s just not southern hospitality and it’s against...

Pricing that makes you want to load a semi truck. Most importantly the friendliest owner and staff.

We have been shopping here in this relaxed atmosphere, with so much to see for quite some time.
