Getting information about this escape room was like pulling teeth. I was told they don't like people dropping by to see the place that just go on line and make a reservation.i wanted to talk to someone in person about being a group of people in to there business. When you call there very invasive. The person who answered the phone doesn't even work at this business. He answers phones for all the game rooms. All he told me over and over was go on line and make the reservation for how ever many rooms I needed. Rooms could be 2 to 10 guest. Same price person I could bring 2 or 20 people the price was the same per head. No effort to close the deal. Customer can spend there hard earned money any place the want for entertainment and excitement. Not sure why you don't like people dropping by to see your business. Not sure why somebody local doesn't talk to people on the phone. No effort to close the deal. I was excited to come try your business. There's nothing that would bring me there now. There are escape rooms all over the state. There are places to spend your entertainment dollars all over the state. Most new businesses are excited to have somebody call interested about their business. Certainly did not get that impression. I appreciate that you responded 1. I called the local number when I reached the person who said they answer phone calls for all locations that was not a special needs person. I'm the father of a special needs person and find it appalling that you tried to blame a special needs person. So you going to tell me you have special needs people that answer your phones and you have no one monitoring what they say. I know it especially needs a person. Sounds like there's nothing you could do to get me to come to your business after the fact that I call the local number and and was sent to someone who answers phones for all your locations. I didn't want anything for free. I was letting you know about a problem you have in your business. You should fix it and don't blame special needs person if you're going to employ them. I hope the special needs community reads this and they join me in not doing business with your company. Like I said before, game rooms are a diamond dozen...
