The splash pad is small and gets crowded sometimes. The playground is directed towards younger kids (not too big of an area ) and there are benches for adults to watch the kids playing in the water, but they are in full sun with no shade at all. The playground has big open spaces for you to bring a football or soccer ball. They have covered picnic areas that seem to be very popular for birthday parties. There are no bikes or dogs permitted on the playground according to signs posted. They have mill lake park right across the street with additional parking and a bigger splash pad with no fence. The pavilions are nice to rent for birthday parties and have grills next to them. Bathrooms on site. Just check them really quick before your kiddos go to use them. Just for typical reasons associated with an open, non supervised public restroom. The playground is a enough to have some fun but a little too small and limited. Good for outdoor socially distanced birthday parties. I guess this is...

A memorial area is in one of the corners and offers a quaint area for mediation and reflection. There are two pavilions and the splash park is in the process of being redone. Luckily Mill Lake Park is across the street and you can cool off in that splash pad. Pokemon go fans will be happy in this area. A couple gyms and poke stops are at this park and across the street are several poke stops...
