HomeGoods — Attraction in Orange

This location would easily be a 5 star. We come here all the time & we come all the way from Newport Beach. We spend a lot of money here but for some reason we come here tonight 15 minutes before closing time knowing that it closes at 8pm & us also knowing exactly what we are going to get. So my fiance & I walk right in & the manager I think at the door tells us in a rude way "we are closing in 15min!" Made us feel very uncomfortable how she said it. As we leave she tells everyone else goodnite except for us. Hopefully this doesn't happen again because we love this location. There was no reason for us to be treated like that. Next time we come in & we see her ill be sure to get her name to report her. This took place on March 26th on a Sunday nite & not sure if this helps but she was at the front door right where...

A lot of great seasonal stuff. A little too crowded. Hard to maneuver with a cart. I saw an elderly lady become very upset when her cart hit a corner which caused a liquid-filled glass decor piece to fall off the shelf, leaving shattered glass and liquid on the floor. Quite a hazard. I let the staff know and they got on it. But I saw other glass pieces on display next to rugs, where people were flipping through the rugs, coming really close to another breakage. Homegoods is trying to do a good job with social distancing. Not all customers follow the rules, but the rules are clear. The staff is friendly and helpful and made our shopping experience very nice. We were buying a rug, which requires assistance and they did a very nice job. They had about 20 different rugs with a wide variety of patterns. Of course you never know what will be available from one day to the next. But you can put items on hold (for the rest of the day??) if you want to continue to...
