Patagonia Empanadas — Restaurant in Orange

Once in a long moon, I can safely say I have found a place worth it of its accolades. Patagonia Empanadas was a very nice revelation, and I can see why so many reviews were in their favor. First time ever, but wanting Empanadas, we followed the good advice, and arrived around 12 PM on a Tuesday. Met the owner and crew, at first glance they were busy. Empanadas are made to order, and I chose: 4 Beef, 4 Chicken, 4 Spinach, 2 Ham and Cheese, and 2 Shrimp from their World type. Besides the Empanadas I picked several pastries. The bill came to around $65. A member of our family purchased Empanadas and Pastries, as well, to the tune of almost $35. All to go, for it was imperative to beat the traffic on our way back home to Menifee, CA. Upon arriving, after a breezy ride back, it took no time to commence enjoying our purchase. Not one item was below very good, and that certainly brought a big smile to our faces. As good as it gets mostly, and truly worth the visit, in true contrast to the abundant disappointments, were good money was spent, only to discover too late how mediocre the food was. This is a renewal of my confidence in all the good reviews pertaining to Patagonia Empanadas. Let me just say, this place is wonderful. The service was great was greeted by the cashier when i first walked in. She was very sweet.i asked her which milanesa was the best and she mentioned the chicken in her opionion. I couldnt disagree with her cause lord mercy it was bomb. The enviorment was very cozy and loved the decorations of wine bottles and pictures of places from argentinan culture. I ordered the ricotta cheese cake as well dedientky worth it had that orange pr lemoney zest to it the pair of the crust and cheesecake go so well . I believe there some caramel into it. Def worth the drive and wait I also ordered their famous empanada beef to be exact it so good it came with their chimichurri sauce and boy it was amazing warm meaty and the spices was jist right. Def will be coming back here i want ti try their other selection of milanesas pasta and empanadas. They have a variety of baked goods. Must try. I always get everything amazinggg

Wonderful food shop and restaurant that is South American centric & wine/food specialty store...great selection and prices. Fantastic value 👍 Love so many of these delicacys from South America. Patagonia region and the Peruvian offerings especially delicious. The Bakery is incredible! So delicious & delicate 🎂 🥧 🍓🍑 🍩 🍰. We tried 1 of each 2nite: 🍐 Pear Tart 🍎 Apple 🍏 tart 🍑 Peach tart:)) Stellar pizza 🍕 Customer Service is outstanding. New seating arrangements offers wonderful inside and outside options. The new upgrades hav defly given this place a cool vibe. Patio ready for any kind of weather. Easier 2 see the offerings...well done. Also pleasantly surprised when choosing Wine 🍷 that matches meal to its fullest. Even hav barista ☕ skills. But by far the empanadas 🥟 are Out of Sight!!! We order a few of each when we go. Arabian style, sweet corn 🌽, pollo 🐔 , sweet beef 🥩 empanada 🥟's r epic. Stellar Pepperoni 🍕 Pizza. Dessert or treat options are so delicious you can taste the cultural pride and passion for cooking.
