I may start crying as I write this, because I am so overwhelmed with gratitude for Luxe Redux: especially Brittany, Amy, and Danielle. As many brides, my 2020 wedding never happened due to the craziness that was the COVID-19 pandemic. My reschedule date is this September and we are so excited to finally get married! Unfortunately, when I went to try on my dress that I bought in 2019, it was too small. To say that I was devastated would be an understatement. And then I found out that my dream dress was discontinued. So I desperately called every bridal boutique I could find on Google that used to carry my dress/designer. I received A LOT of rejection and apology letters, many boutiques telling me to look for a new dress. But this was the dress I had imagined myself getting married in, that sat in my closet for the last two years. I left voicemails on many calls, my voice cracking because I genuinely could not hide my disappointment and heartbreak. And then I received a call back from Brittany at Luxe Redux Cincinnati. This girl heard my voicemail, called me back before the store was even open, and genuinely wanted to know how I was holding up and if I was okay. She then told me what everyone else had: that my dress was discontinued two years ago and that they did not have it in stock. That the odds of finding a dress still out there for sale in my exact size and color as a sample rack leftover for two years would be VERY UNLIKELY. But then Brittany did something that NO ONE ELSE DID. She promised me that she would find me this dress, no matter what, against all odds. I got off the phone feeling the slightest bit of optimism that no one else had, and I honestly believed her. She was so determined to find me my dress. By 2pm that afternoon, I received a call from Brittany that she found my dress in my exact size and color at a boutique in Maine. She was having it shipped to Cincinnati and then she was overnighting it to their Cleveland office since it was close to me. From the time I found out my dress would not fit until the time I tried on my new one at Luxe Redux Cleveland, only one week had passed. Danielle and Amy (pictured beside me) helped us out with our entire appointment. Amy was SO KIND and truly felt like we could be close friends. Danielle was a ball of energy and answered all the questions we have. These two ladies made this day just as special as the first time I said yes to this dress almost three years ago. I know this is super long-winded, but it had to be to capture this amazing story. If you need a wedding dress, don't walk, RUN to Luxe Redux. These ladies are the real deal and truly go above and beyond for their brides. I could not sing their praises enough. I even have already booked an appointment with them for my sister to look at dresses and my best friend is going to book with them too. You won't regret it. Amy and Danielle from Cleveland, I cannot thank you enough for making this day so very special. And Brittany from Cincinnati, you will forever be the girl I tell my children about someday. A stranger who went above and beyond to help a dream of mine come true after so many years of heartbreak. There will always be a very special place in my...

From the moment I walked into the boutique, I knew I was in the right place, thanks to the phenomenal bridal coordinator who made my wedding dress journey unforgettable! Her name is Gracie and she was an absolute gem every step of the way. Right off the bat, when she scheduled the appointment on the phone and when she greeted me with warmth and enthusiasm that immediately put me at ease. It felt like I was chatting with an old friend rather than a consultant! Her friendly demeanor created a welcoming atmosphere that made the entire experience enjoyable. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely passionate about making brides feel special and confident. One of the standout qualities of Gracie was her extensive knowledge of bridal fashion. She took the time to get to know my style preferences and really listened to my ideas, helping me curate a selection of dresses that perfectly suited my vision. I was amazed by her keen eye for detail and how she could suggest styles that I would have never considered but ended up loving! The entire staff at the boutique was equally impressive. They were consistently friendly, helpful, and supportive throughout the process and even entertained my 4 year old. Every member made me feel like I was the most important bride in the world, and their positive energy was infectious. They were quick to assist with anything I needed, making sure I felt cared for and pampered. What I truly appreciated was their focus on styling me perfectly. Gracie helped me with accessories, and even offered expert advice on how to complete the look for my big day. It genuinely felt like a one-stop shopping experience! I walked away not just with the wedding dress of my dreams, but with a complete vision for my bridal ensemble. In the end, I said "yes" to the dress, and it wouldn’t have been possible without the unwavering support and expertise of Gracie and her team. Read moreIf you get Chloe as your stylist, run! She made my whole experience awful, ripped out my hair (multiple times!) and didn’t apologize. All 4 of the girls I had with me hated her and felt uncomfortable. I’ve been in bad situations before and feel uncomfortable changing around people and she automatically wanted to be in there when I was changing and I couldn’t put on the dress myself, she had to put on every dress for me and I had to “dive into them” which made her rip out my hair. I felt uncomfortable going without a bra since she was In there so all the dresses looked awful. She doesn’t know how to pin at all so they all looked so frumpy and were falling off of me so I couldn’t see a true vision jn any of them. She made me show my party even the ones I absolutely hated which just made for wasted time. I know she said she was new but she definitely needs a few more years of training before she’s allowed to be alone. We weren’t allowed to touch any of the dresses because we “could be dirty” and she didn’t get my vision at all so she couldn’t choose the right dresses for me. Also, some of the zippers wouldn’t zip up even though they were my size and she refused to try and said “a seamstress could fix them” like ma’am, I’m not buying a $2000 dress that’s broke.
I wish I got someone else since the rest of the reviews are good. My whole experience made me be on the verge of crying and then cry in the car and made me not want to go to Gallaria gowns but thank god I did! I had an amazing experience and found my dress! The girls there totally turned my awful experience great. I highly recommend you leave luxe and go to gallaria! I got a new, custom made gown for $1000 cheaper than I’d get an off the rack one at luxe!
You can see my distain, her horrible pinning, my held back tears and over it ness in all the photos She also kept putting horrible dresses on me that literally made my cellulite show and made me feel uncomfortable and still wanted to show my family these which made me feel super sad, like I hate myself and feel...
