You don't often experience the kind of feeling you get when you enter this carefully-crafted gem. Moreover, it's even more rare to find a place that comfortably lingers with you long after your visit ends. However, imperfecta. does just that.

Daria Loi's unique vision for her gallery, her stewardship of exceptional artwork, and her welcoming sense of community reach far beyond the visually interesting and whimsical walls of her gallery. She has constructed a space that respectfully showcases an eclectic mix of local and international artists, across a variety of mediums. Each carefully curated piece lends to a thought-provoking experience you don't easily dismiss or forget. You will likely find work here that will interest you aesthetically, spark your imagination, and promote further contemplation.

While the gallery stands on its own as a wholly unique, accessible, and welcoming place to encounter world-class art, Daria's passion and vision as a gallerist are matched by her commitment to building a sense of community. Through local partnerships, engaging social media content, and by organizing vibrant events, Daria is building something special with imperfecta. It is a gallery to be enjoyed, experienced, and supported for its commitment to the arts, artists, patrons of the arts, and the...

Visited Imperfecta this afternoon. The gallery had some interesting pieces. There was a print I liked. When I got to the register, the lady who rang up the print said it was miss marked and she charged us more. Then she rang up a tax she said was due to using a credit card. I suggested she posted there would be fees and let her customers know first. She said it was on a little piece of tape on the left side of the hutch, not center where you saw all the signs not to lean on the counter or the right side where you stode to ring up your items....anyway, it was a very disappointing experience. Also, who carries cash these days...very few items in this gallery were less than $100.

In response to your reply: it was he who asked what the charge was for so obviously he did not see it to the left.. You said it was a tax at first then corrected to a credit card charge. I get you made a mistake when you marked the art, not a big deal. It was not the $7 that was the issue, it was the way you said it. We prefer to support local artists and love visiting small galleries. We will not be...

Nestled in the heart of Oregon City lies a new gem of artistic expression – Imperfecta. As you enter, you are instantly transported into a realm where imagination knows no bounds and creativity reigns supreme.

The gallery's ambiance is both welcoming and inspiring. Each piece has a story to tell, inviting visitors to embark on a journey of exploration and discovery.

One of the gallery's most striking features is its commitment to showcasing the work of local artists. From emerging talents seeking to make their mark to veterans pushing the boundaries of their craft, there is a sense of unity in diversity that permeates through the gallery.

In a world that often feels chaotic and uncertain, Imperfecta reminds us of the power of art to transcend boundaries and unite us. So whether you're seeking inspiration, enlightenment, or simply a moment of respite from the hustle and bustle of daily life, a visit to Imperfecta is sure to leave you feeling uplifted...

Last year, we made a trip to Oregon City just to visit imperfecta. I had heard about it through the artist grapevine. The gallery owner and artist, Daria Loi, is known for her warmth and discerning taste. The inside of the gallery is charming and the art was phenomenal - just the type I like to collect. I was pleased to find limited-edition prints alongside original art. Daria also shared some local history about Oregon City with us. Her enthusiasm and the feel of her gallery really stuck with me. On that visit, I picked up artwork by Jacquline Hurlbert. This year I ordered a second piece by her, through the website. The package arrived quickly and was delightfully wrapped. These are pieces of art that keep me contemplating, wondering, engaged. Also of note is that Daria carries work by the profound artist Jennifer Gillia Cutshall. Definitely worth the trip!
