We have purchased 2 sectionals from Best Deal. The first was a great piece of furniture and has lasted through 2 young children. We finished our basement and moved that one down to make room for a new living room sectional which we were so excited for. We purchased and have had nothing but issues with it since. Each and every cushion is falling apart. The foam is breaking down and has been a problem that we reached out about after only a couple months of ownership. The cushion covers are terrible quality and have runs everywhere in them. We even had a structural support snap in half in one of the sections. We reached out several times to get things taken care of. I just wanted to get a new sofa and move on but we waited months for a few new covers and for a repair person to come out and tear the couch apart and put a support in to piece the broken frame back together. I spent $1200 or so on this thing and it is extremely poor quality. The latest update from Best Deal is that the manufacturer went out of business and there is nothing they can do for us from here. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of customer support or willingness to stand behind a product that they sold us. We will not be back and we are telling everyone to go elsewhere. Read moreWe bought a new couch from them, picked it up about a week after we ordered it and took it home and set it up, only to find out the the couch was broken to start with. I Immediately called the store and explained my situation, they asked me to email them pictures, which i did, and they confirmed that they received the email and that they were sorry and that i should expect a call or email from the within the next couple of days...two weeks later I called them, they had not tried reaching out to me at all or in any type of way. They asked me to send the email again because they didn't have it anymore, which i did and then they said that they would send someone out to fix it... six days later and they finally came and fixed it. Jess and Julie were the ones that came and fixed it and i would give them 5 stars, awesome people and they worked super fast. Julie called me two days before and set up a time and they were true to their word. Best Deal Furniture should try to more like Jess and Julie, i would not recommend buying anything from best deal.
I had come across a table that was the size I was looking for, for a price I could afford so a few weeks later I borrowed a truck, traveled the 40 miles to their store to be told they didn't carry that item in stock, I'd have to order from their warehouse and come back again, and no I couldn't have it shipped directly to my home. Eventually I decided to risk it but waited for over a week because their website wasn't working, and then Covid-19 came and I held off with the uncertainty. Finally I placed the order, at a higher price than I'd originally seen, waited a little over a week and then was called to come get it. I again borrowed a truck and drove out there. At the store, in a known hot spot, none of their staff were wearing masks. When I asked about it I was told, "It's too hard to sell things with a mask on." They loaded it for me, but at home the table was too heavy for us to carry, so we had to rip open the box to bring it in piece by piece. Sadly, I hate it. It's terribly cheap looking laminate. So now, after all of this time, all the messages, multiple trips to Orem, and money paid...I'm stuck with a table I don't like because I don't have the original packaging. For future customers, I wouldn't buy anything there you can't see first. I also wouldn't drive out there without confirming they have it in...
