Watch out for these guys.They like to change your low coverage to full coverage without your knowledge or consent. And then when you ask why that happened, you get four different reasons.. Then, when it takes about three months to get your difference refunded back to you, they'll do it again about three or four months later, hoping you won't catch it again. Two times without my consent, put my vehicle on high coverage, that was only and I mean ONLY, FROM THE DAY I SET UP INSURANCE ON THIS CAR WAS ONLY ON LOW COVERAGE. The office staff was not only empathetic but made quick work of updating my payment information & confirming my account was active & in good standing.
