+ Brazil Food Mart - Rodriguinho’s — Attraction in Orlando

Good Morning. Yesterday night I called you guys in order to confirm the time you would be open today and someone (a guy) told me 7 am. I was at the door at 7:20am and two young ladies were busy putting the chairs and tables out. One of them, looked at me and said: We open at 7:30. Exactly like this, not even a "Good Morning Ms". I was able to see the signs very clearly at the door so I said: No problem, I will be back later but please inform your employee that you open at 7:30 not 7:00 so that he doesn't inform the customers wrongly on the phone. She continued: we open at 7 for ourselves not for customers. Honestly, I do not expect to be helped before the time but I expect to be treated fairly and the minimum she could have said was: I am sorry for the misinformation, but in 10 minutes we will be with you. Does it cost that much??? I am a regular at your supermarket and I like it very much, you have good products and very nice, helpful people over there as well. But, ONE single bad experience really spoils the image. Maybe she needs some training? Maybe she doesn't know that the beauty of living in America is exactly the amount of choices we have? Maybe she has never heard the expression " customer service"? Thank you...

The customer service of this place is horrible! All I ask is so simple. I just don't want beans in my order and they said they can't do that. The person who serve the food ask somebody inside the kitchen (maybe a manager) and that's the answer they gave me. I left so dissapointed since I have a doctoc appointment at 2pm (I came at 1:32). Please change the way you treat your customer. My husband always buy in this place and with the simple request you guys cannot give. Very, very dissapointed! Let me start buy saying this review is limited to this visit only. So many years coming to this specific Brazilian Place for their quality of their meat, salgados, Bread, snacks for my kids and etc...Today was just a terrible visit! It was nice to see the changes, but I felt that we were unwelcome. The cashier, Bruna’s body language was rude.
