I went to the Nike location and celebration and purchased some items on Monday. I realized that one of the items I purchased was too large so I had to take it back but instead of going to celebration I went to this location on international drive. While exchanging I realized The other item was much cheaper at this location but I didn't have that item with me. So because I didn't want to go all the way home and come back I simply ask the question of can you modify the price that I paid at the other location or refund the other item that I purchased at the other location and resell it to me at the cheaper price. The cashier by the name of Angel said that they couldn't do it because the item was not there with me. So I asked is there any way we could still do it so he asks the manager up front by the name of Bereachment (The name may be misspelled) but my point was the manager tried to make no resolution or no accommodations so I was on the assumption that he was the store manager but he was not the actual GM was in the back which angel went to the back to get her and more than likely explain to her the situation and when she came out although this is something that they commonly do not practice she was more than with it to render customer service in order to keep my business and to satisfy our customer. I wouldn't have had a concern if the manager or above said that's not something that they can do but you never know until you ask. The manager up front just didn't care because it's not his money or his problem or concerned. We need more people in this retail industry to be more concerned, more willing to try to accommodate or at least show that you're trying to accommodate consumers. Read moreWe just experienced the worst experience at the Nike outlet store. Wilnea with the blonde short hair was very rude to us during checkout. We asked for a price check and she immediately told us she cannot do price checks so he stood there for about two minutes looking at her, wondering why she can’t do the price check and then she said oh I’m just joking with this straight face. We didn’t continue to check the price on the items that we were purchasing, which was four pieces after she checked the first two we asked her to proceed to check the next two. As she checked the next two items, she was throwing around the clothes the tags as if she did not want to do them so we did ask her. We just wanna see the price of the item so we know which suit that we would like to buy. she started having an attitude because we were trying to decide which suit we wanted and she asked us to step out of line because she had other guests. I told her we are also paying customers as well and we’re just trying to make a decision. Can we have just a moment she proceeded no we have other guests and I’ll tell the other guest the same thing you. She then told us to move out the line an placed our belongings on a different register. I asked to speak with a manager due to the lack of customer service from wilnea . Read moreWow I’m still in shock of the customer service! Chris (BOH) was awesome!! We went to 3 different stores and he made my son’s day! My son wears a size 15 shoe and we had been shopping for hours looking for the right shoe and fit. So we stopped Chris as he was stocking shoes and asked for some help. He stopped what he was doing and asked my son what styles does he like. When he got the info he searched the store to not only to find the size, but the style he liked. When he returned with the selections my son’s face lit up and for a parent that’s everything! He also helped my wife and I with our choices. So just like anyone should do we asked for a manager to let him know what an amazing job Chris did! The manager Alex followed up and was just as great of a sales rep as Chris! He took the time to talk with our son and gave him more encouragement after a long day of shoe shopping because again size 15 shoes are hard to find at an affordable price! These two went above and beyond to make our son’s final year of high school great! So thank you Chris (BOH) and manager Alex for for Excellent customer service!
