5 stars?!?!? That’s laughable! They need to do something about that staff. They could not give straight answers. “It’s gonna be 30 min wait” we come back 30 min later “it’s gonna be an hour wait. We would not have bought close to $200 worth of tickets if timing was more clear.

Not to mention the staff here is very rude. Yes , we are waiting. But comes up to us and tells us we cannot wait outside the entrance. With the biggest attitude. We said this was not worth this headache. So we asked for a refund. Nope they said it was done through a third party…which is connected to the their website by the way. So they told us we had to contact them through the website to get the refund. The information, that was given to us was not helpful. We now have to wait til tomorrow to call back for a manager to get a refund. Since there was no manager on duty ON A SATURDAY IN ORLANDO that could help us today. Just...

Luego llego un chico arrogante en el turno de la tarde con mala atención, mi hijo menor estaba de cumpleaños y le dijo al chico para que le acomodara la pistola qué se le había soltado el deposito de las bolas y lo que hizo fue sacarlo qué no podía jugar mas! Al cliente se trata bien no con arrogancia y fastidio tipico de muchos ! No es para calarse malos tratos y menos a un niño que aun con tiempo y bolas en el depósito para jugar lo saco por su flojera de acomodar la pistola ( ojo no la rompió ni la daño solo se soltó el deposito de las bolas)
