There are 2 different rides, as this attraction. One ride contains the blue tubes, whereas the other ride contains the green tubes. I’ve ridden on both the green and blue tubes, and they thank God Almighty that they weren’t scary like the roller coasters at the other parks, since those type of thrill rides are not for me! Nonetheless, this ride is worth going on, even if thrill-seekers will know that it isn’t intense! This particular attraction can have super long and crowded lines for both the green and blue tubes, but those sure sure move quickly! Shortly before you finish walking up the stairs (one side is green and the other is blue to indicate which tube you’re going in, by the way) the area of stairs divide into 2 places, as the ride managers, ask you which colored tube you are riding in, and then you pick up an enormous float with 2 holes. When you get to the top of the stairs and the area of pools, which are the starting points of the water slides, you have spectacular view of Volcano Bay® and Icon Park® beyond! As you step into one of the pools, with your float with you, the manager tells you to put your rear end into the hole closest to you, the first hole, and then you are told to put both of your legs into the hole furthest from you, the second hole. Since this was my first time doing this, I was nervous because I didn’t know if it was going to be an intense ride or a soothing ride, or how long it was going to last. So I asked the manager, how long the ride was going to last for, and he said “It’s about 30-40 seconds long.” After that, my boat was pushed by that same man who put me in the right position, and then, the ride began! It was super fun, and it reminded me of the Despicable Me™️ Minion Mayhem® ride back at Universal Florida Resort®! Those are the most exciting and relaxing 30 seconds of my life so far! When it all was over, a bunch of water was splashed upon me, as I fly out of the tube, and into a large swimming pool, in which you quickly glide through, until a lifeguard instructs you to get out of the float and to safely exit the swimming pool. AWESOME...
Read moreThese are your typical slides at a water park. There are 4, Mint Green, Hunter Green, Teal, and Dark Blue. Really, every ride is the same, but overall it wasn’t very thrilling to me. It had swerves and then it was just over to me. You don’t really need to check this one out on a busy day if your trying to get to the massive ones. Also, this one doesn’t require the wristband, but w/o it, it can be 30-45...
Read moreDefinitely my favorite ride here that doesn't require virtual queue. Blue, or Raki, is fully enclosed and has stronger g-forces. Green, or tonga, has open sections with little drops with great airtime. Try both, but tonga has a...
