Kopiko Wai Winding River: Take a slow lazy river ride through the tropical landscape of Universal’s Volcano Bay, a land full of surprises. Sprays of water surprise along the way, and beneath the lava rocks, Stargazer’s Cavern reveals the magical night sky above. 3. Maku Puihi Round Raft Rides: Two 6-person raft slides - Maku (wet) is the yellow slide and Puihi (wild) is the green slide. Experience the sensation of zero-gravity hang time when you choose the Puihi raft path where you careen through a dark, winding cavern. Maku slides at high speeds through a volcanic gorge before spinning around bowl-like formations. When a geyser blasts, you’re sucked into a watery vortex and deposited into a calm pool at the canyon’s end. 4. Ko’okiri Body Plunge: You begin as a trap door opens and drops you straight down (70-degree angle)! You will fall 125 feet! The slide actually goes through the volcano attraction. It is the largest body slide (that drops you) in the world. 5. Ohyah & Ohno Drop Slides: These are two single person drop slides. Ohyah (green water slide) drops you four feet into a pool while Ohno (purple water slide) is a little more intense with a six feet drop. 6. Honu ika Moana: Guests seat in a large tube for up to five (5) guests at a time before speeding down into a pool. Moana (green water slide), called the turtle. More extreme adventure comes from Honu (blue water slide), called whale which tosses you up a couple of steep slopes (the whale’s tail) until you get sent to the splash zone. Puihi Round Raft Rides are very fun and enjoyable for all guests! I personally prefer the green slide as I am more of a thrill type guest but both are very enjoyable! The green slide features drops and wall rides while the yellow allows the guests to travel a bit faster with more turns...
