Whilst I was excited to dine here, my experience was by far...the absolute WORSE. If I can give service a negative five star I would.
When I first arrived, Dachana (?) from Brasil gave me two options. I opted for the higher price. There was only a difference of about three or four meat options.
She disappeared after dropping off my Brazilian lemonade. I waited for almost 15 minutes for her to return...she was no where in sight.
I went to the front and asked if they had Brazilian lemonade as I clearly ordered that from Dachana. They informed me no.
Mind you, I CLEARLY stated to her when I ordered that "Brazilian lemonade with condensed milk." Just to make sure she understood. She nodded as if she understood.
More disappearing. I was looking for chimichurri and hot sauce. Had to ask her to bring it out. The restaurant, as well as customers could benefit from just leaving these out!
This woman seen as if she was so inconvenienced when I asked her for chimichurri and hot sauce. She slammed the plate down on my table and walked off.
When a table with two men arrived in front of me, she stood there having LENGTHY conversation. Right in front of me, and I am trying to get her attention. Not just once, but the whole entire duration of these two gentlemen's lunch...she was standing there talking.
I couldn't get her to appear if my life depended on it...and there she is sparking conversations. Leaning against the window. Standing around talking. I thought, maybe it was her husband and son, and decided to give her a break.
What I really wanted was a Brazilian lemonade, a great dining experience, and SOME SERVICE. Nothing more.
The other waitress can sense I was not happy, nor was I enjoying my meal when I have TO KEEP LOOKING FOR my waitress.
She took the lemonade off the bill and proceeded to stand there and try to argue with me about a Brazilian lemonade, citing that it's called Swiss lemonade.
When I told her "...in all the history of me, dining in the Brazilian restaurant and churrascarias, every single time. I've asked for a Brazilian lemonade I get lemonade would condense milk. Every single Brasilian restaurant that I have gone to."
She then proceeds to have the audacity to ask me "What Brazilian restaurant have you been to tell me!" ??
I am not here to argue with anyone. I was simply there to have a good lunch. The fact that she was trying to engage me in an argument was completely unprofessional, along with NOT providing service.
I wish I would have gone to a higher price point place and had better service, and a better experience.
The other two wait staff, we're actually doing their job. There were five tables, including myself and three wait staff. There should not be any sort of reason why I kept having to go look for my waitress.
There's only been three times in my life where I've left an extremely low tip. This was one of those times. I wish I could ever erased this experience...

It’s crazy because my family is here for the week and on Sunday, the food was amazing bomb juicy and glorious to the point that even after I was full I was craving another bite
So I came on a Tuesday night rushing to try the food again and the food was trash . The contrast was so big it was shocking. Half my steak was medium a third of it was the un well done and the final third was only the edible part. I ordered a frozen mango margarita and it was watery and liquidy to the point where I realized on Sunday that it was perfectly frozen and I came just to try it again. The server never really showed up and when we finish, she never bought the bill so as we were getting up to go pay, she appeared out of nowhere asking us if we wanted to pay at the table or front and we just said we’re gonna pay upfront just to not waste time. So she went to the woman upfront and told her in Portuguese to add the tip of the table without our consent to our bill even though we had at least 10 complaints to tell her, but she never came to the table to receive them so we’re gonna give it to the woman in the front.
The added was over $12 and even after that they gave us another receipt asking for gratuity. They force good service upon our bill, even though they provided basically no service. This is so bad compared to the Sunday staff, which had a a staff member playing violins in the background. And about three service members asking if you needed anything else. Mind you we served ourselves with the buffet pricing, and she still wanted to tip for not being there.
Buffet pricing is $23 and the full experience is $39. We had the full experience on Sunday in our bill came out to be $141 plus tip and today they charges us over $100 for three people with the worst experience we’ve ever had there.
I suggestion only come here on the weekends and don’t even bother on weeknights or even weekdays . The contract is so great it’s like...
