My little brother and I were here Tuesday 10/29/24. We wanted to order the coconut fried chicken plate. When we went to order the girl behind the counter whispered under her breath that they were not serving lunch and she could only serve us breakfast. I said no problem and asked where the breakfast menu was located she pointed to three items to choose from I chose not to get anything but my brother went with the danish's. When we went to check out I asked the cashier when lunch would begin so I could come back. She kindly informed me that they were already serving lunch and that the people in the kitchen just didn’t want to serve us. So, I went back and tried to order our lunch again this time we waited approximately 10mins for someone to acknowledge us (we were the only ones in there). When we did get our food the girl just threw it on the counter and quickly walked away. I’m not sure why they seemed angry I’m assuming they were feeling rushed to get lunch ready which is totally understandable and I didn’t mind waiting or coming back. I just don’t appreciate being lied to in the beginning. Overall the cashiers up front were very helpful and kind but the people doing food prep in the back were rude...

Line was insane so I did mobile order. Should have just stood in the regular line. After I checked in I stood in line WELL over an hour to pick up my food out in 95+ degree heat with zero clouds and NO overhead coverage. Also, the concrete there isn't sprayed and if your walking barefoot you will regret it! The girl running mobile order had no clue what the hell she was doing. I could have gone through the regular line 2x. I tried many times to cancel my order so I could, but the app doesn't allow you to after it's places even if they haven't even come close to firing your order. After a guy took over the line things went faster and got on track. Only reason it's 2 stars is bc the food was actually good and they accommodated my gluten allergy well. They have dedicated chefs to handle all food allergies and the chefs...

Great job on the food! Chef Hollin rocks !!

My family and I have food allergies and when we arrived to eat we personally asked the chef to help us chose the proper selection as to not get sick afterwards.

Chef Hollin did it just right 👨‍🍳 He took the time to prepare our dishes with new gloves and extra caution as to not cross contaminate the food. The entire family DID NOT get sick after eating.

The food was tasty for lunch and was worth the extra time it took to wait.

Our advice to anyone eating here when visiting Volcano Bay: GET HERE EARLY!!

This place is packed on by 1030 and it is hard to not spend a bunch of time standing in line.

Good luck and make sure you review the menu before hand to accelerate the food...
