This store is a joke. Employees have no idea what are they doing. I’ve been doing Amazon returns at the ups counter but they recently changed it to the cashier counter. I understand this is to take the load of the printer department. Seems like a good idea. The problem is the employees have no idea how to use the devices provided. I dropped an Amazon return yesterday, waited for about 25-30min for the lady ahead of me trying to do the same. Then waited for another 15 for mine. 4 different employees tried to scan the item and I was convinced it went through. Usually I get an email right away that the item has been dropped off and get my refund. It was odd that it didn’t. Kept checking throughout the day and nothing changed. I went back today to ask to take my item back since I am completely positive, after speaking to Amazon as well, that my item did not get scanned correctly and ended up in the pick up box without any identification. I was told it was already picked up by UPS so they can’t do anything about it. So I will never get my money back for that item and it is lost. Truly disappointing. The lady was extremely rude and didn’t think of trying to find any solution for me. After this I went to buy a charger that I needed, got in line and she was helping other customers. After a few more customers ahead of me and was finally my turn she decided to take a break and refused helping me to pay for my charger. Had to wait even longer for the other line. Never coming back to this place again....

I had a last-minute, rush print job that needed to be redone after a Staples competitor really messed up. They had tried more than once but couldn’t get it right.
Boy was I lucky that Onyx was working at the print/ship area today. He squeezed me in while he graciously continued the “dance” of juggling the project he was already working on, my new/rush project, and the three new customers who walked in just after I arrived.
Onyx was patient, knowledgeable, efficient, communicative, highly skilled, and had a don’t-worry-I’ve-got-you demeanor.
He did was able to get my project done quickly, with great quality, and for less money than the competitor was charging.

Read moreOn Christmas Eve, I was once again doing last-minute shopping for gifts. I had been collecting pictures for a custom calendar for my brother, and it was my last chance to get it in time before Christmas. I had until 2:00 to order it to get the same-day express calendar pickup deal. I got it done at around 2:01. Later that day I walked into this store not knowing if they would have made the calendar or not. I walked in nervously and asked the man at the print center if he had the calendar ready. He said he had it and even complimented me on it. I don't need to remember exactly what he said to know that he was surprisingly joyful - for someone who's working on Christmas Eve - and a big help. When I got back to the house the calendar was even better than I expected it to be; nothing wrong with it at all. My brother and I were both very happy with the way it turned out.
