Update to my update: I received a call from the manager Rovena. Rovena was very apologetic, understanding & went the extra mile to make this situation right for me! I am very appreciative!

Update: Today is now Wednesday, just got here to pick up my business cards... the cards are bent and the margin is off...words hanging off the card. This place is a joke!!!! You've been WARNED!!!!!

THIS HAS TO BE HANDS SOWN ONE OF THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PRINTING COMPANIES I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH! (OSWEGO LOCATION) FIRST OF ALL, I COULD NOT GET MY ORDER SAME DAY BC THEY DID NOT HAVE PAPER...HOW DOES A PRINTING COMPANY NOT HAVE PAPER! THEN I WAS TOLD MY ORDER WOULD BE READY MON OR TUE... I AM NOW BEING TOLD MY ORDER WILL NOT BE READY UNTIL THURSDAY LOL. THEN I RECEIVED AN EMAIL AT 2AM SAYING MY ORDER COULD NOT BE COMPLETED DUE TO NONE PAYMENT WHEN I PAID FOR MY ORDER IN FULL IN THE. STORE! I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL SUNDAY BEING TOLD DIFFERENT THINGS FROM EACH REP. I STIPPED IN THE STORE AND THE PRINT GUY CLD NOT FIND MY ORDER, HAD TO START ALL OVER AGAIN... THAT WAS ANOTHER ALMOST 3 HRS OUT OF MY DAY. NOT TO MENTION I WAITED ON HOLD FOR 50 MIN FOR A SUPERVISOR, WAS TOLD I WAS BEING TRANSFERRED OVER AND SURPRISE, SURPRISE... THE CALL WAS DISCONNECTED. FOR TIME SAKE I WILL NOT EVEN GET INTO THE OTHER ISSUES I ENCOUNTERED AND THE FACT THAT THEY WOULD NOT EVEN HONOR A 20% OFF COUPON FOR .E AND GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND ON A REFUND FOR A BUSINESS SELECT PROGRAM THAT I SIGNED UP FOR AND CANCELED SAME DAY! BOTTOM LINE, PRINT YOUR OWN STUFF OR GO SOMEWHERE ELSE ALL OF THESE PPL ARE CLUELESS FROM THE STORE LEVEL TO CUSTOMER SERVICE! MIND YOU, I AM STILL ON A CALL WITH THEM NOW AS I TYPE... ALMOST A HALF HOUR . ...

Pretty awful customer service. I needed programs printed for a memorial. The first person to help me (perla) was nice. I came into the store after email correspondence to view a sample of my item and make sure we were on the same page. When I came to pick up the programs they were cut in half. So I would've had to hand out multiple pages instead of the pamphlet I ordered. I didn't have time to have the issue fixed (nor did anyone offer) and I left with a product that wasn't correct. When I called back they said their folding machine wasn't working. This would have been nice to know so that I could've used another location instead. I wish they'd have been honest with me instead of trying to give me a product that wasn't what I paid for on a day that was already very tough. I asked if I could come in for a refund and they agreed. However, when I came in and the employee (Alex) asked what I needed, as I began to tell her the situation she cut me off and said "refund? That's all you had to say!" I was shocked by her rudeness. Then she tried to give me store credit instead of my money back. I couldn't believe the lack of customer service present in this store. They made a tough day for my family even tougher. I would never use this location for printing...

In April or May, I visited this Office Depot location with a print order for our new counseling office in Oswego. Being new to the area and unfamiliar with the community, I was grateful to be greeted by Rovena at the Print & Copy Center. She was the only staff member assisting customers at the time, yet she made me feel seen and valued.

When it was my turn, Rovena walked me through my order with patience and care. She also introduced me to the Business Select program, taking the time to explain its benefits in a way that felt thoughtful and supportive—not salesy. Her kindness and professionalism made the entire experience not just smooth but genuinely encouraging.

Fast forward to today—I called in with another print need, praying Rovena would be the one to answer... and she did! Once again, she exceeded expectations. She walked me through the process, step by step, with the same level of patience and attention to detail. I never felt rushed or dismissed.
