Ross Dress for Less — Local services in Oswego Township

I find the best things at Ross. I just found two Welcome mats for my house. One is a black rubber with a bronze finish overlay for $6.49. The other Welcome mats is black rubber for $5.49. Both are oversized with nice border designs and were reduced from their original prices. How can you beat that?? You can't!! I got a big black faux alligator finish vegan non-leather handbag for $24.99. It is cute and stylish with round gold chain and plastic tortoise shell links. Cross body strap and a wrislet included. I have seen this style in more expensive designer handbags. Again for my everyday purse it's steal of a deal. I also found the cutest lamp for my guest bedroom. It has a black/brown finish on metal, with birds on the base, a piece of "wood" for the finial and another piece of "wood" for the pull switch. The lamp was $13.99 reduced from $19.99. Again cute, cute, cute and how can you go wrong?? Lastly, I found oversized teal colored bath sheets for $8.99 each. These match perfectly with the bath mat set I had just purchased a half hour b4 at Walmart. A happy accident. The teal colored towels and bath mats look stunning in my guest bathroom and have updated a drab space. It is a show stopper looking bathroom now. Maybe guests will not be allowed to use it! LOL! I came in tonight to buy my puppy some stuff and I ran into these shoes I really liked and it was sale but clearly once I came to pay with this female name Abigail that processed my purchase she had no good customer service l told her one of the things I was getting was ripped and didn’t even say anything but took the item she was really rude and didn’t know what she was doing . Customer service is absolutely horrible. Connie the manager has no control over this store. Employees are on the intercom telling another employee they need to get out the bathroom playing around. No Customer should have to hear this. I shop at alot of Ross I made my purchase 3 days ago and kept my receipts and gift receipts and they still gave me a hard time and nothing was open everything intake.
