TCBY — Attraction in Oswego Township

I honestly would not recommend. I had such a bad experience , I went around 10:20 p.m. to get some frozen yogurt and the two girls who were working were just on their phones and laptop . They didn't even greet me and kept on giving me dirty looks. When I left I waited in my car and then went outside to sit down and they were just talking . The yogurt was pretty good but customer service sucked . I would recommend cocomero which is down the road about a minute away . My teen wanted a treat after a doctor appointment and chose frozen yogurt. This was the only one I could find. I used to love TCBY when I lived in Washington state so was excited to try it.

What a disappointment. Half the flavors were out. And the yogurt didn’t taste very good. We both had different flavors and neither of us liked them, and I usually love white chocolate froyo. There were plenty of topping options. And the dry ones were okay, but the chocolate sauce and butterscotch syrups had a strange aftertaste to them.

I absolutely love TCBY frozen yogurt, but the teenage employees at this location are completely untrained to be working in a customer service position and simply do not care or even know their own policies. Asked for a pint of frozen yogurt to go of a flavor not in the freezer but in the machine and she responded they do not do that. Really?
