Sunnyside Florist — Attraction in Owosso

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. This place was amazing! So, I wanted to find a place that was close to my house on the way home from work that I could pick up flowers from. My boyfriend was having a really tough week and I wanted to make him smile. This happened to be the closest place to me, but I had never shopped at a florist before so I didn't know if they had any premade bouquets that I could just immediately purchase. As I walked in there were two ladies there and I explained what I was looking for, I wanted some sort of blue bouquet (that's his favourite color), but that I didn't really have a preference for the flower type. The one woman happily invited me back into their work area and had me follow her into the freezer, and started showing me everything they had available! She literally let me pick out each piece I wanted to add myself, and showed me all the ones that would look nice together. I chose the ones I wanted and she wrapped it up beautifully. I was in and out in under 10 minutes, with a beautiful arrangement that I was allowed to simply choose on my own, AND at a good price! Having never bought from a florist before, I don't know if this is common practice, but to me it was so cool and helpful that they were just willing to literally say: "pick what you like and I'll make it!". Super awesome service, super friendly ladies, and there was also a cat so they get a plus for that too! Thank you guys for making my guy smile :)

OH! ALSO! Another cool thing, every time I had bought flowers from meijer or Walgreens or wherever, they always died within like 4 days or so, but this thing literally has lasted over 2 weeks and STILL looks gorgeous! Idk how they do it but color...

The red & white rose in the vase - absolutely gorgeous.The red carnation standing heart was beyond incredible - so stunning. THANK YOU for suggesting the ribbon - and for using the organza rather than the satin. I was hoping for the best - and you and your floral designer far exceeded my expectations : ) Everything was 'light' and 'airy' just as I had requested.  I wasn't sure you would "get it" - but you did. And, apparently, you conveyed it perfectly to the designer : ) The greens - just what I wanted.  The baby's breath - perfect accent. The flowers - beautiful. The arrangements - could not have asked for better.

Had a wonderful experience with this florist. Placed an online order to be delivered same-day but realized I had placed it after the guaranteed same-day delivery time. I received a phone call from the shop very shortly after because some of the floral elements were missing and I was asked if they could be replaced. The person I spoke to was so incredibly kind and was able to get the order out very shortly thereafter. A driver tracking service was offered and I could monitor the status of the delivery. I was told by the recipient that the driver was also exceptionally kind. The whole process from placing the order to having it delivered occurred in less than an hour and it honestly blew my mind. Absolutely phenomenal service. Would highly recommend...
