This place is extremely average with extreme convention and amusement park prices. So expect basic burgers priced out as gourmet.

Arvin, the bartender, was amazing. The bar is completely overwhelmed, yet he is trying to clear out orders. The rest of the bar staff are only serving customers directly near them, and not helping at all in areas slightly away. Arvin, was not only helping a much larger area, but also creating drinks for the servers for the tables.

This location loses stars, for general staff behavior. Arvin He cleared out all orders for the tables, and then began helping the massive lines around the bar. All of a sudden, he got about 15 drink orders through the ticketing system. He is finishing up drinks for my group, and it's only been about 5 minutes since the table tickets came in. The servers are yelling and scolding him in front of us. He's being treated like a child all because he's trying to server customers effectively. Give this man a raise.

Another staff behavior that loses points is the "game master". Even though there was an hour before closing, and we had not been informed that games needed to be collected at a certain time, we were treated like children by this guy. We got pool balls from him and then at some point, he came over telling us we had like 20 minutes left. He then didn't let us finish, and began collecting each ball as they were sunk. Very odd behavior. Just tell us it's time to quit, or...

Went to this establishment for the first time today with a group of friends. As soon as we walk in, the elderly male worker with glasses and grey hair and beard told us bowling was closed as they’re understaffed. He advised us that “we can play the rest of the free stuff they offer” so we did. About 10 minutes after we were sat, a lady told us that it was actually fine for us to play bowling so we did. We were under the impression that bowling was free as the elderly man stated the games were free but never mentioned that bowling wasn’t. Again, this was our first time here.

When we received our check, we were confused about the extra $175 charge so we asked him about it and he was very rude and impolite. He started yelling at us saying we were liars and needed hearing aids. I was honestly scared for my life because he just started going off over us asking for clarification. He kept pacing back and forth, frustrated at us. I was scared he might’ve grabbed and thrown a bowling ball at my head or my friends’. We were fine with paying and feel as though he could’ve went about the situation a different way.

Overall, the ladies at the front were more understanding, accommodating, and very kind but we will probably never go back again just...

The bartender was great even though last call was around 1130pm and online it states the restaurant closes at 1am not sure about that but anyways and people was still coming in after us and they was making them a drink 🤔. Around 1230am the manager approach us and told us the restaurant decided to close early and we need to leave 🤔 the manager was Jerry. My wife told him once we finish our drinks we will leave and you close at 1am right? Then it was another situation with another party they was trying to kick out and the manager Marcus was very rude to them and recorded them once they stated them was going to leave a bad review. Then the party and Marcus walked over to us and the party asked us how was our experience and we told them about the other manager who approached us and told us to leave at 1230am. I told Marcus I was going to leave a review. Once I said that,Marcus threatened me and said he is calling security on me 🤔 why me?! 👋🏾 🤔 . When the whole party and Marcus was talking 10mins prior without security.

If you hungry and want drinks, looking for a late night spot don't come here go to another establishment or home the managers are terrible and they make up their own rules and treat...

This was my first time at the National Harbor and I live only 13 minutes away. My friend recommended we meet here for a quick bite and drinks while catching up. I'm glad he met me at the front because I would have been lost trying to get there. The restaurant was huge with plenty of seating. Once we sat near the TVs, our server Lorena greeted us with menus and some water. She took the time to recommend drink and food options to try. I tried the lagoon margarita and crab cake sliders. The margarita was refreshing and the sliders were filled with crab meat and the slaw added a nice crunch. My friend had a Miller light and hummus. For $20, I was not a fan of the hummus since it was very bland. Our server Lorena was very attentive and constantly checked on us. I noticed she was from El Salvador from her name tag and her her I just visited the country. After a brief chat, we thanked her for a great night. I'd definitely return again and request to sit with her.

EXPENSIVE!!! Love the food but felt like I needed to take out small mortgage after eatting here. They serve sliders...thats right folks! Not even full size burgers. 6 sliders will run you 36 bucks! Want fries with that? That'll be 14 bucks! Like to wash that down with a frosty beer....10 dollars please. I lpaid almost 75 bucks without tip. Food was good...service was good, but they will try to upsale you (not sure if they get commission or something). Be wary, they'll say something like "You want fries with that right?" or "You should have the fries as well!". I'm all for sampling the tasty foods, but I felt like I was buying a time share im Colorado. Would like to see the place more clean...tables looked like the seat of a public bus. Host was very professional and bar was fully stocked...just get that cocktail coupon ready...old fashions will run you 18 smackers! Maybe Ill eat here again one day after I cash my 401k?

We connected with another family for an event at the Gaylord in National Harbor and took all the kids (4) to Harbor Social to get something to eat and play some games. The kids got chicken tenders and fries which went over well for them. For the adults we shared the sliders, guacamole and chips, and some truffle fries. Since I was not that hungry I just sampled the guacamole and chips which was good. There were a number of games there including air hockey, pool, darts, cornhole, bocce ball and duckpin bowling. The bowling cost extra but the others were free (you just need to check in with the gamemaster). My oldest (11) and I played a couple rounds of darts then we joined the rest of the crew for bowling. Overall I thought it was a great family spot as there was something there for everyone (including the big screen TVs which had live sports).
