Great food, but the layout is so difficult to navigate esp. for families with children. For families, coffee and kid-friendly food should not be so hard to access. Lines were long, you have to order barista drinks not at the counter where the baristas are but at a separate cashier after waiting in line - makes no sense. A kiosk or scan and go system would have been much better. Or order ahead and pick-up. There was no advantage to being at Gaylord as a overnight guest - you couldn't charge anything to room. I had to go through the line 3 separate time to even find milk for my kid. A lot of items running out and the layout was so needlessly complicated. Read moreWe ate here for most of our stay at the Gaylord and I loved it. A huge variety of options, Starbucks (if you're into that), lots of drinks, helpful staff, alcohol choices, and more.
They also have a huge seating area but we always brought our food back up to the room.
I recommend any of the burgers or pizza, I tried the salad and loved it, and their fries are also really good too.
I also grabbed breakfast this morning and while the line was long because of Starbucks, the bacon, eggs, home fries, and pancakes I got were delicious.
