My husband and I went in to pick up items that were placed on hold by Kendra. When we went to pick up the items, Serenity was not able to find the items. After 20 mins of waiting, Malcolm was finally able to find our items. Serenity had a rude demeanor towards me and wouldn’t allow me to speak without cutting me off. While explaining to Malcolm about my experience, he accused me of being rude and stated that he wouldn’t apply the discount that I was entitled to. Malcolm failed to provide customer service to my husband and I. My husband asked to speak to his manager, and he stated that he was the store manager, which we found out was actually a lie. Grace stated that she was the store manager. Not only did Malcolm lie, he was also really inadequate. My husband is a union member and has been supporting your brand for a period of time. As loyal customers that support your brand, we need to feel appreciated and treated with respect. After our poor experience, we will no longer shop at this location. I had such a wonderful experience at the store yesterday thanks to the Assistant Store Manager, Steven. I was looking for work pants for my husband, and Steven truly went above and beyond to help me. He took the time to search thoroughly and managed to find two perfect pairs that fit our needs.

But what really stood out was the surprise at the register – Steven gave me 50% off every item I purchased! His kindness, professionalism, and genuine attitude made a lasting impression on me. He was incredibly welcoming and friendly from start to finish.

Great atmosphere with a lot of friendly sales associate's! They are having a sale with a nice selection of fall and winter clothing so I highly recommend to check it out! I will definitely be returning to get some new spring and summer work clothing. Also we were attending a show earlier in the day so it was a bit more crowded than it usually is. Parking wasn't an issue either there was plenty of available parking throughout the area that was in walking distance to anywhere that you wanted to go. They had a Trappez event going on inside of the GayLord Resort and it was a great thing to see while we waited for our show.
