AMERICA! — Local services in Oxon Hill

Be advised that colors WILL RUN on their shirts! I purchased a jersey at BWI that was red, white, and blue with America the Beautiful on the back. One washing and the colors bled so now it’s red/ugly purple-pink/ and blue. I live in the mid-west so it’s not like I can return it in person. I complained to the store’s head offices, and three people later, they sent my complaint back to the local store to be resolved. I was told to return the shirt to that store for an exchange. I sent it back. I believe they stuck a price tag on the very shirt and sent it right back to me because The so-called replacement was just as faded. I’m stuck with it. There is no brightening up the white. Two years later, the reds and blue are still running even in cold water and very mild detergent. I’m out about $65. I wont wear it in public because it is distinctly unAmerican where these colors DO run. NEVER EVER purchase clothing from...

Update : I came back to purchase a couple of items, and I have to say the customer service here is ALWAYS spot on. I've never been to a store where the people working were just so pleasant. It's just so rare to encounter. Management is doing a great job on selecting employees to represent their store.
