He has gone into a friend of mine and my wife's job and told her customers that she was sorry person because she would not pay her bill. Horrible customer service. We called them and told them to pick up our washer and dryer and they said they would come out that day to get it. 2 weeks later I'm in the middle of doing clothes and they show up to get the washer and dryer. I'm home alone and told them i was in the middle of laundry and I can't move the other washer and dryer in by myself. He said he still had to take it.
