Ulta Beauty — Attraction in Palestine

First of all, all of these new stores are going to be the reason I may not need to ever go to Tyler again. The only reason I'm giving 4/5 stars is because this is a smaller Ulta than the one you would find in the bigger towns. Which for our growing town I think that's perfectly fine. This does mean they don't carry all products you might find at the bigger store. I want to say one thing I have always loved about Ulta is the employees, and they found great people for this store. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I'm very happy that we got this store because color match is the hardest thing to do when needing a new foundation and now I can do that without having to travel to Tyler. Came in to do some quick shopping for a cleansing face wash, moisturizer etc. I walked over to the perfume area and the entire time there was an employee who never left my side. I had my son with me and I understand keeping an eye out for theft but not even acknowledging me or asking if I need any help made me feel very uncomfortable. She kept walking back and forth in the aisle we were in the entire time, there were other people shopping in the same area but for whatever reason she decided we were the ones who needed to be watched. I ended up spending over 100 dollars in product and at no time was I acknowledged or even greeted. Very frustrating and uncomfortable experience. Will just continue shopping in Tyler area after...

I’ve visited several Ulta stores across the state and was in awe upon entering this one in Palestine. Everything was very well organized, the staff were all EXTREMELY knowledgeable and very friendly.
