Customer service at this location has really dropped. Walked through the door and three boys were at the front laughing and talking, which was very upbeat and they greeted me. I asked where the kindles were, and he pointed over towards the corner of the store and sent me on my way mind you, they werenât helping anybody at the time somebody couldâve walked me over or at minimum they couldâve said if you need help somebody from Customer Service can open the cabinet for you . I get all the way over to the kindles. The cabinet is locked. Have to go all the way back to the front to ask them to grab one for me . Try to quietly express my frustration when I wanted to buy a Kindle and the sales person wouldnât let me have the box so I could make sure it was the product that I wanted. He insisted that he had to hold it so I could check out. Come to find out because he wouldnât let me look at it. He picked up the wrong product and Iâd specifically specified which price point I was looking for. So of course, we get over to the counter and when itâs wrong, he goes over and grabs the correct one. I quietly said hey I really wish you wouldâve let me look at the products so I could see the specs beforehand and he let me know that it was company policy that they had to hold the box. he said no problem. I know you donât make the policies. Iâm just trying to give some feedback using the voice I can because I know this kid is not responsible for company policy. but I felt really thoroughly blown off that I wasnât able to give feedback. I said you know I donât really feel like you understood what I was trying to say so he said if you want to speak to the manager, you could speak to the manager. so again the manager is standing right behind him. His name was Matt so I tried to give give my feedback politely to Matt and Matt attitude was extraordinarily piss poor. At some point, Customer should be able to give feedback and be heard. Itâs not like I was asking for anything other than a moment of somebodyâs time and some listening. And Mattâs piss poor attitude was basically like we have people steal things all the timeâŚ. First of all the sales person was literally standing next to me, and all I asked to do was be able to see the package that he had in his hand. So yeah, policy or not, the inability for a manager to discuss a frustration, especially when itâs being worded so politely is infuriating enough for me to come write a review. Also being treated like a thief when I walk into a location that Iâve literally spent thousands of dollars at over the years is also infuriating and it may be policy to treat people like thieves it doesnât feel good to do business that way. 2 starts because they were at least friendly...

Another home run from Trevor Miller. I am ashamed to say I couldnât place at first where I recognized him from, but he looked familiar. It was Trevor who I had written my first Best Buy review about several years ago. I had returned a sound bar surround sound system for repairs and it was unrepairable so I got store credit. Of course, the equivalent of what I had was now a new model and $600 some dollars more that I couldnât afford before taxes and protection plans. I was literally walking around the open box section so depressed because I was thinking thereâs no way Iâm gonna be able to get another surround sound system like that for the store credit I had, I couldnât afford it. I ran into Trevor and wow does he know his stuff. Iâm someone that researches crazy amounts on everything I buy and Iâm always very skeptical. He was so honest and determined to help me figure this out I put my trust in his hands. He came through big time with open box items and sale items that he even had to go on the website to find after he searched physically, all the open box inventory. He really worked hard to help me out. He managed to put together an amazing Sonos surroundsound system that is perfect for what I need and I can build and expand on. I wouldnât have come home with this quality of a system for that price myself if I had done all the research in the world. He knew the product he knew the sound and he knew the products to put together to make it happen. Not only did I get an amazing sound bar with rear Sonos speakers, but I got it with two year protection plans on all of them and stayed exactly in my price range. Truly impressive!!! Seeing someone that passionate about their craft and working so hard to help you get what you want is the reason the Internet will never replace an in person physical store store. Original review: I came in today inquiring about a PlayStation five and not wanting to spend any more than the cost of the PlayStation to get one. Trevor Miller walked by me and was very friendly so I decided to ask him. He informed me he was actually an ARA with the Geek squad unit but was happy to help me. I canât say enough about him. Probably one of the best experiences Iâve ever had in the store. Long story short he answered every question I had and researched every answer to make sure it was correct. From the moment I walked into the store, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine eagerness to assist me. I had a variety of needs, some of which were quite specific, and both Cody and Isaac took the time to listen carefully and understand exactly what I was looking for.
Cody was incredibly knowledgeable, guiding me through the different products available, and his expertise truly shone through as he explained the features and benefits of each option. What really stood out to me was the way he made sure I fully understood each productâs capabilities, never rushing me or pushing me toward a particular choice. He was patient, answering all of my questions with clarity and a depth of knowledge that is rare to find.

His calm demeanor and professionalism made the entire experience stress-free and even enjoyable.
What impressed me the most about Cody and Isaac was their ability to work seamlessly as a team. They communicated with each other effortlessly, ensuring that every aspect of my visit was handled efficiently and with the utmost care. It was clear to me that they both take great pride in their work and in making sure that every customer leaves satisfied.
I left Best Buy not only with the products I needed but also with a sense of gratitude for the exceptional service I received. Cody and Isaac are true assets to Best Buy, and I hope that they are recognized for their hard work and dedication.
