Nails 2K Salon — Attraction in Palm Beach Gardens

Horrible experience for me I went in because I saw them on instagram and I liked their work first time going there on my birthday. I went in my pedicure was nice. When it came to my manicure it was a different story Long helped me despite him being by more than 10 min which is understandable given it’s a nail shop he’s helping other clients I sat there and waited and he started working on my nails everything was great but then when I showed him the inspo and I wanted to change it a little I showed him two pictures and I wanted one finger done as a butterfly then I changed it and asked for a flower he was doing it and asked if I liked it I said no he said ok he took it off rapidly and I was ok with it since by then he was already annoyed with me I could tell and I tried to make it less annoying I complied with everything then him and his coworker were talking and she came looking at the nail and kept stealing glances at me at this point I knew I was the topic of the convo and he was extremely annoyed and with then he told me “ you have to choose I don’t have all the time “ I don’t feel that’s professional because if I go somewhere for service I expect service yes maybe I was overbearing for him but I explained to him I don’t get my nails done often and I don’t know what I’m doing he shouldn’t have made me feel bad for just expressing my feelings I felt horrible give now he was upset and pulled my hand and just angrily wiped the design he didn’t have to do all that he just rushed me and made me look stupid gossiping with his coworker I’m never going back to that place I felt so bad I wanted to cry I called my sister to explain the situation when I got in my car the nail looked lifted and underneath was not clean . We finished he just said “ ok” then I got up and just went to wash my hands and paid to leave. My nails look unfinished, sloppy, and lifted. Long please be kind to people because you don’t know people and when dealing with someone who is new to that type of stuff and explained concerns it’s ok if they aggravate you but ask yourself if you expressed that to them roughly how will it make them feel. Here’s how you made me feel today, you made me feel rushed, unwelcome, I felt like a nuisance and that little gossiping made me feel embarrassed, I explained I was new when booking the appointment and you could’ve have been a little patient and more...

So first of all I’m giving the salon 2 stars because my friend and I came in for mani/ pedis and we both had issues with our mani’s. The pedicures were fine and my tech did a great job with the massage etc. However my friend said her toe nails were way too short she looked like she had no toe nails left. My manicure looked good right after it was done so I gave my tech a $15 tip even though it took over 30 minutes for my nails to dry enough to leave. I didn’t understand why I was sitting there under the fan for so long and they still seemed too wet underneath to do much. I was very careful when I left but after an hour I could still dent my nails when I touched them ever so slightly. And even after waiting 2 WHOLE HOURS they were still wet enough (probably underneath due to thick polish) I ruined 3 nails so badly that I had to go buy the polish at Sally’s to fix them. I had an event that night that I got my nails done for and 3 of them looked crazy because I only had time to patch them not redo them. AND after 2 days all of them looked so bad I had to remove and now will redo them all myself. I’m too of that my cuticles look like they were all chewed up. I do my own mani’s at home a lot and my cuticles don’t look butchered like they do now. 1. I feel like the nail polish is old and thick that’s why it took so long to dry and I was able to mess them up after 2 hours. 2. I feel like their implements are old/ dull and that’s why my cuticles look horrific. I gave her a $15 tip mostly because she told me her whole sob story while doing my mani that I felt bad for her and gave her a bigger tip than I normally would. But maybe if she paid more attention to my nails they wouldn’t look how they do.

My friend had some kind of clear tips put on and she likes them overall because she now has nails but they are so wide and square they look like chicklets were glued to her fingers. She also went to Sally’s to buy a course file to shape them herself and glitter to dress them up a bit because she said she tried to tell the girl what she wanted but she wasn’t interested she was more interested in talking to the tech next to her.

All in all a disappointing experience because this was a treat for my friend and I for a girls day and I don’t do this often so I will probably not...

I was a previous customer of Crystal who does eyebrows. The first time I went to her she did the micro blading with the blonde color as it matched me perfectly, I was very happy. I went to see her 10/23/24, I told her that I’d like to have the exact same thing as she did for me before bc I was happy with that, she agreed and told me it would be touch-up $350. Well it was not the same as before (micro blading), instead I got a hideous tattoo of a much darker color in which makes me look like a clown! She suggest that I give it time to fade a little…. I gave it two months and it never faded. It was December and she told me that she had surgery and she needed more time before she could help me. I checked back with her several weeks later bc I never heard from her. She asked me to wait until after the Christmas holiday bc she was very busy with customers.HELLO, AM I NOT A CUSTOMER TOO? Bc I liked her, I agreed but now I know that she was really just blowing me off bc she already got paid from me, she was not doing the right thing by helping me when I continued to ask her for help to make things right with me by re doing my eyebrows to make them at least lighter and to look more natural, she finally agreed to have me come in… she was in a very unpleasant mood and talking down on me as if I was a big inconvenience to her. Whatever she did, it was a huge waste of my time and money, not to mention that I stupidly gave her a $49 tip that day. I’m completely disappointed and dissatisfied with my eyebrows and don’t know what to do. I considered talking to the owner of the shop for help but I figured that she would react as poorly as Crystal did to me.
