My wife and I went to patio shoppe ( January 24ā ) on legacy mall ( pga ) to buy patio furniture for our new home in PBG ā¦. We sat w the sales women for 1/1/2 and wound up spending $13,000 on 2 different sets of furniture ā¦we were promised that everything we ordered was in fact in stock and would be delivered in 6-8 weeks ! The furniture came about 6 weeks later but came without an end table , cushion ( for chair ) 2 reclining chairs that were part of a matching setā¦.. we called and we were told it should be in any week ( February) Nothing ! Called and were told a different story ! Make a long story short this went on for 4 months with zero concern on there part ! We were lied to by salespeople , customer service , managers etc ! We asked on 2 different occasions for the owner to pls call us ! We were told No problem ( twice ) Never heard from him and never even got one single call back during the 4 months we waited ! When I told the management team at legacy mall that there are a lot of Bad reviews on your store ..She ( without missing a beat ) Said do what ⦠we have a huge customer base and theyāll keep coming back anyway ! Talk about cocky and arrogant !! The whole staff covers and lies for each other ! Turns out our contractor said heās heard nothing but terrible things about them also ! WHATEVER YOU DECIDE DONāT EVER BUY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU ENJOY BEING SCREWED AND HUMILIATED ! We never got the chairs and had to argue and fight to get our money back ! That happened in June 24ā !! Worst people and store Iāve ever dealt with !! Zero Stars !! When we finally got our money back there was No Note and zero apology ! I REPEAT ā¦. DONāT SHOP THERE !!! Horrible...

There was just one other gentleman in the store and he was assisted by a middle aged blonde woman. We looked around and within 10 minutes the lady came up to us and told us she was helping this gentleman and she would be assisting us shortly. So far so good. I found the placards all over the store which had a slogan similar to ā when you buy cheap furniture all that remains is a bad taste in your mouthā all over the store a bit odd. After all, if we wanted to buy cheap furniture we wouldnāt be there. We were told many times itās a family owned store, which is nice as an introduction but not a recipe for arrogance. After selecting a $2599 furniture set and wanting to add a few more side pieces ( pillows of $99 each, an ottoman of around $300 etc) I asked the lady to write down the items and the total price. But as we were buying so many items ( and they were discounted) I asked if that was the final price or if there was room for negotiation. She then out of the blue stormed off and shouted ā itās not gonna happenā. Never saw her again and we left. We were stunned. She lost $4000 of business because of her rudeness and arrogance . Customer service is key and if she would have just told us that she couldnāt give us any more discount we would have happily bought it. As a customer you shouldnāt have to deal with rude sales staff even if itās a family business. There are garden furniture shops all over Florida and we will happily spend our $4000 elsewhere. And yes, some are also family owned and also use the best materials as she kept repeating to us...

This furniture is guaranteed but the company is cheap and will try everything to say itās my fault. I paid $2,500.00 for the set. They told me I didn't report it on time and the guarantee expired. The truth is I told my sales lady that I was moving and would it be okay if they delivered the furniture early until I arrived. āOf course she told meā. I had to wait until my home was sold so it took over a month maybe more as it was a stressful time for me. The high end table had a hole on the top and they sent someone to check it. The service men said the screw protruded through the wood to the top which made a hole. Low and behold when the Patio Shoppe Palm Beach Gardens called me with the results they told me someone might have been smoking because it looks like a cigarette burn. My goodness what a farce. Smoking not allowed in the apartment and I donāt smoke. Ridiculous to try and get out of it when it was a very small fix. Finally I insisted that someone else check and they did and said itās the screw protruding and hit the top, They changed the top after a couple more weeks but the color was incorrect. That was finally changed out. I still paid a service charge for all the hassle I went through. How can any company be so cheap and try to get out of something that was their...
