A Hidden Gem in Palm Harbor – Uncorked Wine Bar is a Must-Visit!
Went by last night for my Birthday and If you’re looking for the perfect spot to unwind with a glass of wine in Palm Harbor, look no further than Uncorked Wine Bar! This newly opened gem is already making a name for itself with its carefully curated wine selection, inviting ambiance, and top-notch service.
From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The well appointed, rustic yet cozy decor makes it the perfect place for a date night, a casual get-together with friends, or even a solo evening of wine appreciation. The owner Jim and his Sommelier Kathryn were incredibly knowledgeable and eager to help us find the perfect pour.
Uncorked features an impressive selection of wines from around the world, with something for every palate. Whether you’re in the mood for a bold Cabernet, a crisp Sauvignon Blanc, or a luxurious glass of Proscecco, they’ve got you covered. Their rotating wines and small plates perfectly complement the drinks—think artisanal cheeses, charcuterie, flatbreads and delicious small bites that elevate the experience. We didn't try any food, as we had just eaten dinner. They also serve craft beers on tap and domestic beers in bottles.
What truly sets Uncorked apart is its sense of community. The owner has created a space where wine lovers can come together, share good conversations, and enjoy expertly selected wines in a relaxed, unpretentious setting.

Read moreMy husband and I strolled in here around 8:30pm on a Wednesday and immediately as we walked in were greeted by one of the ladies behind the bar and as we sat down on the most comfortable bar chairs (ever) we were greeted by the owner who extensively went through the menu with us and offered us several samples until we landed on our pick for the evening. The menu offers a wide selection of wines, beer for those who don’t fancy wine, and food. We tried the cheesecake bites as we were in the mood for only dessert that night and they were amazing and presented well. The ambiance of the bar is very welcoming, has mood lightning throughout with several places to sit such as the bar, tables, chairs, and couches. Our first time there exceeded our expectations not only with the menu but with the customer service and the conversations with the owner and staff who were very knowledgeable and personable. We are so happy there is finally a wine bar right down the street from us and we know this will be our new go-to spot. We can’t wait for our next visit! Highly recommend trying them out! You will not be...
Read moreThis is more than a wine bar. This is an experience. The owner is present and engaging. His staff knowledgeable and welcoming. The lighting is low and comforting like a spa. The decor is rustic and clean. Seats are large and comfortable. The music is hip and fun but relaxing. They have the Chianti I like. The charcuterie board has nice small touches like the small spoons and grain mustard and honey. with meat options like marinated chicken and roast beef. Cheese options like aged manchego and herb goat cheese. Fruit, and gluten free crackers with just enough for everything on the board. I can see why they are popular. Try the flight. I heard the spicy meatballs are a hot commodity. They have zero alcohol options. Don't miss this place of you love you wine bars. There's a reason they...
