Usually I have a very good experience here: pleasant staff, a good car wash, and a decent value. Today there was a delay which brings up s problem in their initial system that I've noticed before but never so much as today. They have 4 total lanes to line up in to start your car wash, and there is no system where you would know when chance lanes were open and manned if any of the employees left the area for example when they drive the just vacuumed car to the start of the wet wash. So usually there are two lanes open on average and today I drove into one of the inner two lanes that seem to be open and was the third car in that lane. A minute after I parked there they opened two MORE lanes on the outside on either side ( or were they open already but either no cars in them or employees present?)..Then an employee waved a newly arrived car into the open lane on my right and then two more cars pulled into the completely open other outside lane. Essentially cutting the line. Since it takes about five minutes to vacuum each car waiting with you i in line and there were two cars ahead of me in my lane that made about 10 minutes longer I had to wait to even start my car wash order than either of the two most newly arrived cars in the outer lanes, which got their car wash vacuuming started right away and got their tickets and walked away inside to pay, while those of us cued in line had to still sit in our cars and wait to order our wash type. This would be fixed if they can fix the lane system with clear communication, so first come are first served, and 15 minutes is not added on to the beginning of our car wash waiting while people who drive up afterward are...
   Read moreDid a really poor job and was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Paid for a Groupon and redeemed it. In the waiting area where the magazines and couches are there are children's books and stickers. While I waited I had my 2 kids with me ask if they could play with the stuff there. Since there was nothing for kids on the TV I told them they could, so they each grabbed something and sat down quietly to play. I was the only person there, but the girl at the register failed to let me know that they are selling the books, and that they are not there for customers while they waited. There was no sign posted saying for sale, it was in the waiting area, and I was not told anything until it was too late. Apparently since my kids took out stickers we now had to pay $7 for each one. The thing that gets to me is that the girl didn't say anything until my kids had been playing with the stuff for 20 minutes. She was so into the TV show that she failed to notice my children playing with things that were in the waiting area right in front of her. Once she told me I had to pay, I expressed that there was no sign or anything saying that it wasn't for customers and that it was a simple issue that they should fix. Not so much as a sorry about the misunderstanding or anything, it was a feeling of "too bad, now pay". I will not be back after dealing with this, and will be sending everyone I know elsewhere as well. They need to learn how to treat customers and to place their merchandise away from the magazines that are there for customers (or at least post that the others are for sale). ...
   Read moreThere are 4 lanes when you pull up with no indication of where to go. No one to instruct people what to do or where to pay. There is no “real line” and if you choose the wrong lane then 3, 4, 5 cars could be taken before yours. It’s a jumbled mess! There is absolutely no way to tell who drove up first. I waited over an hour today and watched 4 cars leave before me that pulled in after me. And I paid for the quickest cheapest wash. Very bad way to run a business! Be prepared to wait A LONG TIME.
Just got in my car and it’s still very very dirty- I ran my finger across a spot near my shifter and the dirt came right off- they didn’t even wipe down the leather? And what about vacuuming?Wow
... To give an update, I went back in to ask for a print out of services bc of how poorly my car was cleaned. I had assumed vacuuming wasn’t included in the “bronze wash” bc the car wasn’t vacuumed... it SHOULD be included. Better watch them closely or you won’t even get the bare minimum. What a disappointment & waste of money.
Not worth the time or money. There are many other car washes that will do a much much better job and actually appreciate your business.
