The curtains instead of doors on patient rooms make no sense to me. I can hear everyone else's private medical information being discussed and vice versa. Also the staff were being really loud cutting up in the hallway so I could hear the video registration agent on the zoom call. Yes, Zoom call. I hate the new video registration approach. It's not more efficient because there were technical difficulties and we couldn't hear each other. They also made me sign things without having a chance to read them. Yet at the same time they left me alone for long periods of time in the exam room, just waiting. Why couldn't I read the paperwork at that time? "Hurry up and wait," a sign of poor organization and planning. Finally, the doctor (Perera) prescribed me a medication that he shouldn't have. I have preexisting GI symptoms and he prescribed diclofenac sodium, a prescription NSAID that is (apparently) known to cause indigestion and intestinal bleeding, and people with preexisting GI problems are at high risk. He never warned me of this. I did end up having severe intestinal pain for hours due to this medication. This could have been avoided. (The reason I came to the urgent care was unrelated to the GI tract (a sports injury). So I came in with one malady and Dr. Perera sent me out with a new malady. Thanks!) So he didn't pay attention to the patient history at all. He should have just told me to use over-the-counter NSAIDs like ibuprofen but I am guessing he wanted to be able to bill the insurance for the prescription (through the prescription vending machine they have in the waiting room). Really, I wouldn't recommend this location, but I'm sure it's good enough for some emergencies.

Everyone was very nice and friendly. They got me in and out pretty quickly. I got there about 6:30pm and left at 8:30pm. I had sliced my finger open and needed 5 stitches. The only issue I had was after the X-ray was clear, and the doctor had put in the sutures he said that someone would be in to clean me up. I had blood all over my hand. We were waiting about 20-30 minutes when I needed to use the restroom. When we went out of the room there were about 8 or so nurses behind the nurses station talking, laughing, watching videos, whatever. It was clear that they could have come and cleaned me up a long time ago. We were the only people in the waiting room when we arrived. So, that’s the only issue I had with the whole experience. I just don’t like that they make you wait when it’s not necessary and they’re not doing anything else important. Other than that I was very happy with my experience. It was fairly quick and everyone was nice and I was able to get my RX right there out of a vending machine for only $8! Very convenient!

My experience was a pleasure from the moment I walked in and registered to the moment I left. The staff (from the cleaning crew, security, front desk, to nurses) were all very efficient and courteous. Dr. Dangon was an excellent listener, very kind and informative. I have now been to your center twice, once with my daughter and now my visit. Both visits have been very timely, thorough exams. Thank you allā€¼ļø

Outstanding and fast service. Let me explain. Sometimes when I take my kids to buy ice cream, it can take me 20 minutes just to get to the register. Everyone knows how a doctor's office or a health facility usually works—slow and sometimes inefficient, right? Well, not here. When I arrived, there were about 12 to 15 people ahead of me. I got registered, sat down, and waited for the staff to call me. I didn't wait even 10 minutes before I was greeted by a young nurse who introduced herself and took me to the room where I would be taken care of.

She immediately took my vitals, and in a friendly way, she made me feel like I was at home, as if she was an old friend visiting me. When she was done, just minutes later, I was greeted by the doctor. He may be young, but he was sharp as a blade with his questions to me and thorough with the answers to my questions. He evaluated me, ran tests, gave me an accurate diagnosis, provided my medication prescription, and left the room with a great smile and a super nice attitude.

The nurse returned with the same great attitude and professionalism, gave me the paperwork, and even escorted me to the door.

I strongly recommend this facility. Thank you so much for all the services and...

Last night I went to this facility for treatment for flu symptoms. My 2 children were diagnosed with the flu earlier in the day by their pediatrician. My mom also was diagnosed with the flu earlier that day. Normally the staff is professional and attentive. Last night was completely different. Check process was extremely long(no urgency whatsoever). There were gnats flying around the waiting room. I was finally called to the back after the doctor left out of the room. I was rushed into another room which I didn’t mind because there was an emergency. However once someone did come back in the nurse handed me a print out and told me the flu test was negative. He didn’t explain that could still have the flu but because I was not completely examined he was not able to provide me with any other information. My discharge paperwork diagnosis was an upper respiratory infection. Which I’ve had before and I’ve never felt like this. The staff was so busy playing and joking and focusing their attention on the emergency they forgot about the care the rest of the patients needed and deserved. I have never been this satisfied with this urgent care location. Training on professionalism and keeping focus is definitely needed by the staff at...
