If you're on the hunt for treasures while making a positive impact, look no further than the Goodwill in Palmetto, Miami. From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with a sense of order and organization that's simply impressive. The layout is immaculate, making it easy to navigate through the aisles and discover hidden gems. Whether you're searching for clothing, home decor, electronics, or books, everything is neatly categorized, making the shopping experience a breeze. But what truly sets this Goodwill apart is its commitment to quality. Every item on display is carefully inspected, ensuring that only the best finds make it to the shelves. It's evident that the staff takes pride in their work, as the store maintains a level of cleanliness and tidiness that's second to none. Beyond the impeccable organization, what makes this Goodwill truly special is its community impact. With each purchase, you're not just getting a great deal—you're also supporting a worthy cause. The proceeds from every sale go towards funding job training programs and employment placement services, making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals in need. Overall, the Goodwill in Palmetto Bay in, Miami, is a shining example of what a thrift store should be. With its top-notch organization, dedication to quality, and commitment to community, it's more than just a place to shop—it's a beacon of hope and positivity."

I have been to many goodwills in many states over many years and this is a very good one. It's clean, the staff is helpful and I have found amazing items. I don't expect yard sale prices because they don't have overhead. I also don't expect chain store pricing because they rely on overstocks in mass quantities. I go when I have plenty of time to shop and wait in a line if necessary. This great place gives people job training and recycles objects owners no longer want or need. Oh. And the source for statistics one fellow quoted is, "Medium", a social justice blog where writers can join and get their articles published. The writer is Alice C. Minium

Very clean! Decent selection, easy parking. Only downside is the employees kept screaming how much longer we had before closing. As I was walking to cashier they let out loud sigh and said unbelievable. It was very rude.

When this @Goodwill store opened about 10+ years ago, it was a great place to shop for clothes and household goods at superb prices not to mention the more superb finds, but up to about three years ago, just after hurricane Irma, everything went downhill with the hurricane. Suffice it to say, the quality, quantity and type of donations became substandard, and at the same time, at higher prices. However, what was more devastating for this high traffic bonus store, was that the goons in the corner office decided to transfer the Manager, Carlos and his happy staff to some other #Goodwill store.

Nevertheless, although the bunch all spoke spanish and some sprinkling of English, the store was popping with goods and people, deserving, at a five star level. As the old saying goes, why fix what works? Now, the store is a complete mess, as the new incompetent manager decided to make her mark and added her changes to the layout of the store, for example, you have to search among the regular clothing to find plus size stuff, if any. What is more discerning, to make up for loss sales of used goods, the store sells new nix nax at prices you can get cheaper at Walmart. Obviously, top management has loss their way, and if they do not find themselves soon, they will not be able to keep this store open. Once the go to place for bargains....

i went in with one goal in mind to find a pair of size 22 jeans so i went to the plus size section. Which by the way had size 0, 4 & 8 sized pants all clearly in the wrong section. After looking through countless unorganized plus size jeans i finally found a pair of 22s. Now i had to just look at tags i didnt want anything fancy I just wanted a pair of jeans. I looked through litterally every pair of jeans on that rack to find the one pair of 22s. Now i know my size very well i am actually between a 20 and a 22 so as i am so excited to buy these jeans i walk over to the register and pay for them. When i got home i went to put them on to discover that not even my calf would fit through the right leg of the jeans. And thats when i noticed I had bought a pair of teenage sized 22 jeans... I am livid! I dont care if you are goodwill and understaffed. If u want to run a business you need organization and employees who actually organize. I wasted my entire day going to marshalls, TJ max, old navy, and finally finding what i thought was a success at Goodwill. This was a huge upset. I jumped around on buses all day for this to go horribly wrong. Goodwill does NOT, organize nor care about the presentation of their stores! I am appalled at this store for its...
