First off, I’ll start with the positives: The bed and pillows were really comfortable and the towels were soft and absorbent. There was a lot of hotel products that they gave: shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and lotion with bars of soap too. There is a tiny single serve coffee machines with 3 packets of both caffeinated and decaffeinated coffee. The room didn’t have cable, but was equipped with a firestick which is something I wish every hotel had at this point. There is a tiny fridge and microwave too. Now for the rest: it was terrible. We booked through Expedia, and the first photos you see make it look like a great hotel but it’s not. The bottom floor lobby is beautiful with nice furnished floors and furniture that makes it seem like a legit hotel. Once you get to the room it gets worse. The floors were painted concrete that were dirty and chipping. They each had two beds and 6 bunk beds. The bathroom in each room is community. There is no lock on the bathroom door and it has 3 sinks, 3 stalls, and 3 showers. NO HOT WATER. It was barely Luke warm, even after waiting almost 20 minutes for it to heat up. The reception was rude when we asked for change because the vending machine was only taking quarters and there was an extra fee even though it was paid for already. The tv was super tiny and there was no extra lighting. Only an overhead light. Only book this hotel if you have a big family with multiple kids or if you are apart of a huge program that needs accommodation for a large group of people. There’s a total of 8 beds for 4 of them could have 2 people, so the rooms could theoretically hold 12 people. It’s beachside and pretty cheap so if you fall into these categories and want beachside and cheap then this hotel is great for that. For everyone else, do yourself a favor and spend the extra money for a better experience and room.

The bunk beds were falling apart...we told them and they said someone would come talk to us in the morning. Later we saw that one shower stall had a hole so we took a pic to record the time and was going to tell them when they came about beds, but no one came and we really just didn't think anything else about it. Charged $250 bucks after check out. It could be fixed for less than $10 bucks. Also when my daughter went to talk to the manager and show the pics with the time stamp just after our check in they took the phone from her and changed the dates on both pics so now it's not even evidence because the time and date was changed. Makes me think they don't check the room good normally or they know and just don't care. Heck the bunk beds each had a sheet wadded up on them some were fitted and some were cover sheets, I guess they didn't have enough for each to have a set? Also the bathroom had no exhaust fan so it got stinky and hot in there. The pool is a pretty long walk away from the front, you can go out the back door but have to come all the way back to the front to reenter. There aren't very many lawn chairs at the larger pool, but a few picnic tables, although they say no food or drinks..🤨.

This was an interesting place. Apparently, it was.or.is a sports type complex. The rooms had double queens and a bunk set with a full and two twins in it. It had a locker type bathroom with no lock on the door. Three sinks, stalls, and showers. My pillow case was so wrinkled at check-in it didn’t look fresh. There's no carpeting throughout, no chairs or tables in the rooms. No breakfast or meals, but snacks available for sale and complimentary coffee and hot water pots. Maid service was every other day which is odd, but the staff was friendly and if you needed anything on your odd day, they took care of you. Nice double parking slots for vehicles with trailers, but they didn't enforce parking enough to keep single vehicles from taking up a spot designed for truck and trailer. I'd zone it off an restrict it some. Location is hard to for across street from beach. Larger families probably love the bathroom set up. If you're not looking to be in the room much and have lot of folks who don't mind sharing a locker room style bathroom, this isn't a bad choice.

No service for most requests, several desks employees in days at random. Thursday and Friday morning was the most rude and sarcastic worker at the front desk. None of the workers communicate as normal hotel staff at other hotels.

Add $10-14 depending on the reservation site you use. Wyndham Rewards is the only app. that as Susan stated, doesn't know the fee of $10-14 (called a 'Reservation Fee') is slipped in. The desk attendant grabs credit cards, no communication, swipes your card, hands it back to you with the additional '$' added to your card! ($10 a day if reserved with Wyndham Rewards Web site or app!)

7 days booking, $70 slipped in, added to your card with zero prior communication or warning will be added to your card, cash bookings cost more for a day before charge added. Newsom, governor in California has a law regarding 'Resort Charges.'

You will be snapped at, yelled at or smiled at, sarcastically stared at on requests and for most needs. Maid service for days are not for customers, but only for rooms that are left vacant by ended bookings. While we were on the last day, the desk attendant was refusing 'toilet paper' (not kidding), to a newly booked in guest, she was in distress over the need for her room.

A maid yelled when asked for a couple of trash bags, 'HOW MANY DO YOU NEED!' she exclaimed. (A couple means two, no?) The maid service works at random times, 2-3 times a week, but you cannot get sheets or needs from them, 7 days yielded zero sheet change, stuck using the same bedding for a week. (Not kidding).

Begging to be snubbed or yelled at for basic hotel needs or dealt with, smirks sarcastic 🤌, not very sanitary for family or anyone if toilet paper, dirty bedding or sheets in need of a change.

The low price of the hotel is a lure, a 'bait and switch'. You must beg for a receipt or find out the hard way the resort fee was added to your card.

Most of the resort 'amenities' listed in their ad are non existent, such as room coffee pots, they have broken or machines, but no glass coffee pots with them.

This hotel refuses to make coffee, which is made only at random, if they feel like it. No coffee was available some mornings from 6am to past 11am, at all. Room coffee from the desk, when available is decaf most of the time.

Do not expect amenities which your resort fee is taken for at this hotel location.

Your reservation fee that is supposed to be returned to your bank will be kept additional to your card. (Not...

I have never in my life stayed in a place as awful as this place. Day one the lady at the desk was rude and disrespectful, when we arrived to our room with 6 people there was 2 towels and we was told we couldn't have any more. So I went to the desk and ask for towels her response : was what room are you in, my response : what does that matter we need towels wash & clothes we are paying to stay here. Day 2 needed towels so house keeping was in the hall and I ask them for towels and was told they didn't have towels we had to go to the desk and request some. Frustrated by this point is an understatement. So I go to the desk and ask for towels once again what room number are you in and I said what does it matter what room Im in We need towels and is paying to stay here. The receptionist said I don't keep them at the desk will have to get them from house keeping, but house keeping informed me to go to the desk because they didn't have any. The receptionist said give me 15 minutes and I never saw her the rest of our stay. We had to go buy what we needed that they should have furnished. We was told we had 2 rooms not true all the beds was in one room like a dorm. The mattresses was junk, service was terrible, disrespectful, rude, the staff was loud talking and playing loud music in the halls while we were trying to sleep . Vending machines broke, snack machines broke, no coffee station, telephones in your rooms had no cords for you to use to call them. They advertise that they have a gym , 2 pools, and all kinds of extras which is a lie. While we was asleep the tv's come on by theirselves, the air would cut off, the light fixture in the bathroom shower fell out of the ceiling in the shower base in the floor, they never fixed it glad my son was able to fix their neglect. I would not recommend any one to stay here for any reason. It was nasty inside and out. The rooms floors were nasty and never sweeped or mopped the entire time we was there ( that was 4 days of nastiness). In my opinion it should be shut down. I had to rate with a star but there should be a minus star because it...

First of let me say, if u are looking for a place we're the staff don't bother u or care what u do THIS IS THE PLACE.. the lady checking us in was amazing, Talisha I think..we arrived around 1 p.m burning up and needed a shower, we was joined by many wanting to check in, but was told it was to early and had to wait until 3 that house keeping was working hard to finish, well we see house keeping smoking, dancing and carrying on...so we just chilled in the lobby and waited..finally got to check in at 3, and I noticed the lady in front of me was charged more than she was told, so i didn't think about it, well i got up there and what ya know, was told 5 different stories about how my reservation was wrong and charged $100 more than what my reservation said, finally at the end they said 5 more stories, and said they cant refund my money cause they have no cash, and i paid with cash, and said if the gm decides to refund my difference she will mail me a check, spoke to many other ppl,and they was charged more than theres also with tons of stories but most popular was " resort fees" which it aint a resort, and "taxes was wrong".1st impression of the room, was wow its huge. Then it began, the floors was so so disgusting, the sheets was dirty, we asked for a mop and broom and theu gladly threw one at us and it was disgusting also...never had towels. Was told they had 3 towels in the hotel..and they were so dirty I wouldn't use..the pools are nice but so hot u can't get into them, there in Florida so invest in a cooling filtration system...laundry room is disgusting full of trash, grounds has trash everywhere..the hallway was not mopped or swept 1 time the whole week we was there..and the list could go on and on...I DO NOT RECOMMEND THOS PLACE TO ANYONE IF U ARE LOOKING FOR CLEANLINESS OR A PLACE TO COOL OFF... AND THE WORKERS SIT IN THE PARKING LOT SMOKING WEED, WHICH IS FINE, BUT THEY DONT EVEN TRY TO HIDE IT, THEY COULD CARE LESS IF THE CUSTOMERS...
