I had such a great experience here. I was having a problem with my Subaru and Don was able to get me in only two days later when everywhere else wouldn’t even look at it for another two weeks. It turned out there was a problem with a part that was recalled and he explained exactly what it was. He told me that although I didn’t want to go to a dealer, that would be my best bet because they will likely fix it for free. He also didn’t charge me for diagnosing the problem. He was extremely kind and honest, I feel so much better knowing exactly what the problem is and that I won’t be dragged along when I take it to the dealer. One of the most important factors in where we take our cars is trust. If you're looking for shiny counters and polished floors, this isn't the place. We've been using Don's for the past 5 years now for mine and my wife's cars, and our adult kids too. Their prices are fair. Because this is a small business, while they may not take AMEX or Discover, they do take Visa and Mastercard.
