I recently underwent an extended tummy tuck and lipo 360 with Dr. Sigalove, and let me tell you, he is truly the Michelangelo of plastic surgery!!! After losing almost 100 pounds and dealing with loose skin from that and an emergency C-section, I knew I needed an expert to help me achieve my desired outcome and ensure that I was safe throughout the process. I had a Halo laser done with Kira in January and had the absolute BEST experience. I had read and researched quite thoroughly beforehand so I knew what I was getting into. What I didn’t expect was just how extensively Kira prepares her clients. First, she is VERY upfront about what to expect immediately after and in the days to follow, which I really appreciated. Secondly, because she has had the halo herself several times, she has thought of everything to make your experience as comfortable as possible. It starts with 2 weeks before the laser. You are given a couple of ZO skincare products to use to prep your skin beforehand. After the laser, she sent me home with a super hydrating silicone like mask on my face that brought down the heat I was feeling, way down. This honestly was a game changer for me. I fell asleep with it at home because the cooling effect was fantastic. She also sent me home in a wide brimmed hat so that driving, I would avoid any and all sun. On top of that, she gave me this adorable hand held rechargeable little fan that I used so much that first day. In the care package she also provided an additional cooling silicone like mask like the one she sends you home with, to use later in the week. All of these combined “touches” made such a difference. 2 weeks later, I went back in to see her, she cleaned up anything still lingering with BBL followed by a skin polish like laser. In my care package, I agin received another amazing hydrating silicone like mask for home and additional ZO skincare products to help with recovery.
