Details: I was in the market for a home gym and did quite a bit of research online. When I found what I was looking for, Fitness Showrooms happened to be one of the dealers in my area. I had a pleasant online chat through their website to verify that they had what I was looking for in their showroom for me to try out in person. I was happy to find that they are open every evening until 9pm so I dropped by after work and met Dawn who gave me a thorough introduction to the machine. At no point did I feel any pressure and was allowed to take my time. I returned the next day to spend a little more time with the machine and Joe was there to help answer some more questions and talk about other available machines that may be better options. When I finally made my decision I was given a great price which included delivery and assembly that couldn't be matched anywhere…even online. Delivery was scheduled very quickly and the crew that came and assembled my machine were very professional and incredibly skilled. They very easily put together the machine in about 1/4 of the time it would have taken me to do it and they were in and out in around an hour. Overall I can't say enough great things about my experience with Fitness Showrooms and if I ever have a need for anything else, I wouldn't hesitate to buy...

I came in DESTROYED from a tornado of an experience from the NordicTrack “Customer Service” team regarding a broken 24hr old NordicTrack EXP 10i treadmill @ $2,000.

Bruce (great guy) was beyond a breath of fresh air from the arrogant and useless team over at NordicTrack (once you actually got them on the phone... hours, hours, & hours of holding.) I entered with a mission, knowing I was ready to spend a little more to get a REAL, QUALITY TREADMILL, and that’s exactly what I got! Not only did the quality of the machine justify the price but the service was outstanding! Bruce did not seem like your typical “sales guy” ….He was knowledgeable about literally every single tread on the floor and was so very patient will ALL my questions. (I had a lot of questions.) He helped me get EXACTLY what I wanted and steered me clear of what I said I didn’t want in a treadmill which was a touch screen, just a personal preference. THIS WAS A TOTALLY PAINLESS PURCHASE. FINALLY!!!! Thank you!

Terrible service - buy else where. I get a call “ we are here to deliver your bike” i say What nobody scheduled a delivery! “ yes they left a message” No they didnt and im not home “ ok the office will call to reschedule” They call in 5 mins Next truck is in two weeks i say ok On day of delivery wait at 5 pm i call “ can you give me an idea when they are coming”? Sorry we only give a window and we deliver late” can you call the driver and ask an approximate time” She calls me back. They are in south Jersey and you are the last stop” ok I said. Im in north Jersey so at least an hr 25 mins later she calls “they are on their way” ok I go home and wait and wait and see two missed calls on my phone its the driver From the same time i was talking to the office lady.
