I go to this Ollie's fairly regularly and while they do have deep discounts on items like coffee pods, books, bedding, rugs and kitchenware. The store can be somewhat difficult to navigate as much as I enjoy a good "treasure" hunt it would add value if they added signs to the end caps describing what you might find in a particular area. The walk path is as follows the books are immediately on your left followed by stationary and health and beauty products then carpet care and then rows of hanging rugs and a room with more rugs in the back left. The back of the store going from middle back left to right is auto care and home improvement (near the restrooms) to kitchenware and appliances. The back right moving forward to the front right is bedding and home goods and bathroom stationary to window treatments and furniture to seasonal clothing in the front The back middle of the store is limited selection of grocery products and candy to pet care and laundry and household cleaning needs the front middle being seasonal display products and presents and toys of that nature to directly in front center is the cash registers for checkout. I hope this helps some...

Different cashier this time, but still got an attitude over it. She "registered" my card, and yet somehow my number still didn't work! I swear their system doesn't work compared to other locations! Not sure why the cashier was giving everyone an attitude when their rewards card/phone number didn't work. I had her type in my phone number and nothing came up. Had her scan the card, same thing. She tried saying I never registered the card, even though the past two times it has worked. She asked if I had a different phone number it could be under and I told her no, I only have one number. Apparently that was an egregious answer because she suddenly had an attitude about it and wanted me gone as quick as possible. The two people in front of me also had the same issue with their rewards account and she gave them...

And I don't have the time to leave the register to check how many, but we have a lot!" I asked about the item again because we had a half hour ride to get out there and got another terse, rude response. Took them at their word that they had "a lot" and drove the half hour out to find that they didn't have a single one of the item I had asked about. The cashier didn't want to listen to my description of the item, which was very specific as to size, color, and material, and kept cutting me off repeatedly. Very frustrating to be told that plenty were in stock only to make the drive and not find even one. BTW, this was something we purchase yearly at Ollie's, and have purchased for the last 5 or 6 years. The Ollie's closest to us just happened to be out...
