I have had the extreme pleasure of working with Hector Beltran at the Pasadena Ferguson Gallery for over 6 years, and I would NEVER dream of working with anyone else within the kitchen and bath or design-build industry when it comes to hardware, lighting, appliances, and plumbing. His vast expertise, and willingness to continue to expand his knowledge on product, materiality, and installation, makes him truly and deeply invaluable to my firm. His professionalism, prompt responsiveness, and unwavering consistent cheerful "can do" attitude is what sets him apart and makes him dependable, and an absolute DELIGHT to work with. I honestly believe that I could not do my job as a professional kitchen and bath designer without his partnership. I also would be remiss if I didn't highlight the incredible showroom management and corporate teams at Ferguson, as it is their commitment to excellent service and relationships, and their support of their staff, that gives Hector the ability to be so unmatched in his service to my firm, and to all my clients. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. WORSE service ever, if i could I would give them zero stars . I think you get better service from home depot. They are great at customer service when you first arrive there and you are making the purchase, but good luck getting anything on time and don't believe the 4 day deliver or even the 7 day delivery , i am now on week 4 and i am still missing parts and had to cancel many other parts that they sold me but were not in stock or wouldn't be delivered for another 3 weeks . They don't check if things are in stock they just wait to tell you a week later when you dont get your delivery , and now they are hanging up on me and not picking up when I call back. My home is currently undergoing an extensive remodel, and I had the pleasure of being introduced to showroom consultant David L by my designers - he is there go-to and their promise to me was that he is the best in the business. They weren’t wrong! He is incredibly knowledgeable, knowing so many tiny details about every product. And he really cares. This made him really helpful when it came to making choices between appliances/fixtures. He hasn’t just tried to upsell me on everything, which has been refreshing. His approach is that he won’t sell anything that he wouldn’t put in his own home, balancing form, function, and value.
