Read moreWent to make a payment.. a guy helped us and was really friendly. Well I forgot my card at home, so I just called it a day and decided to come back the next day. Frida had a terrible attitude with the customer in front of us, even bad mouthing them to the other associate like I couldn’t hear her through the glass.. so I tried to be as nice as possible. When I told her why I was there (to pay a bill) she immediately told me that they don’t do bill payments. Whenever I informed her that I started the process the day before she rolled her eyes and asked for my phone number so I could pay the bill. Well she got half way through and couldn’t continue because I didn’t know the extra -four digits after my zipcode (ie: 77505-xxxx) who even knows that off hand besides the post office…? lol idk if she even needed that info or just wanted to get rid of me so I just decided to take my business elsewhere. Frida was extremely rude and definitely did not want to be there. She should take some time off I think. & they need more polite and knowledgeable...
Read moreI'd like to recognize superior customer service by one of the PLS staff members. Manuel was the staff member who helped me last night and I'd like to give them props for a job well done. Manuel is super helpful, polite, informs you every step of the way and cares about doing a great job. I was so impressed by Manuels concern for my task. I had a very important after banking hours check that needed immediate attention. I use PLS in these situations and some times it's not always the best experience and winds up taking longer than expected. Or I have to travel to another PLS off 225 to get the service I usually need. However, Manuel helped me tonight and was kind and assisted every step of the way. Every step taken was explained to me. I was apologized to for the small wait. Seriously, it was way quicker than I expected. Manuel, has definitely put me more at ease and now I will consider PLS more knowing the difference in customer service is exceptional!
