Ok I just left another review under Write Away Comedy, but I had to return for one teeny tiny additional caveat. Truth be told, and I know I've already written too much so I'll try to be brief, but the ONLY mess up (and it was most likely my own fault), but one of the 8s I picked up was supposed to come with a free g of kief but when I went through the bag upon arriving back at my home, I went thru the whole bag including the small yellow bag that had the 8th that was supposed to come with that bonus, but no g of kief could be found :( I'm sure it was my fault cuz I placed such a big order and I also rushed the poor kid cuz my car was parked in a 1 hour spot on the street and I had already burned thru that hour at lunch across the street. I just saw this new shop and popped in on a whim, with no time to spare, and ended up staying like a half hour and risking a parking ticket just to keep talking to Daniel! That's how great of a salesman this kid was!! I legit only wanted to spend a bill or 2 tops when I went in and ended up spending 4 or 5, I honestly can't remember the exact number, but all I know is it was more than 2x what I planned on spending! LOL. This kid didn't just pull a fast one either. I am so happy with my purchase. I would've gone back two or three times anyways, I was just stocking up cuz i know how top shelf all these strains were and I didn't ind stocking up. I was taking the costco approach today lol.. anyways, this kid was so intelligent, so hilarious, I oculdn't stop myself from staying longer and buying more. He knew THAT much about every single strain I asked about. I was blown away at this kid's jedi/masters-level knowledge, despite his paduwan/bachelors-level age! I was stoked to find that level of a knowledge inside such a down-to-earth dude. I'll definitely be going back, and I'll definitely be asking for Daniel to help me out. As anyone else reading this should! Again, my ONLY caveat was that one little g of kief that would've been nice to sprinkle on a couple bowls, thats the only thing I can even think of, besides that, 9.9 stars out of 10, no joke. Quality was that good. Help was even better. I don't even mind the extra kief that was supposed to be a bonus anyways, so I didn't get my FTP, NBD! LOL! I emailed them almost 3 weeks ago and still no response. I will attach my email here. Oh and, when I passed by the store last week, I saw this same employee there. Please respond sweet flower, this was down right unacceptable an this company doesn't care about keeping it's female employees or customers safe. I'm never going here again.
12/11/23 Two people were working at this time. The female employee was great. However, the male employee made me (and the patron in front of me) extremely uncomfortable. His behavior was erratic and aggressive. I also felt bad for the female employee and I hope this company is keeping her safe; I wanted to leave there immediately because of this man but I really needed to make this purchase and treat my migraine.
The male employee whose name starts with an "E" appeared to get upset with me for not commenting on something he said. I replied that I was having an awful day and didn't have much energy. I was crying all day because of health problems yesterday and this was a terrible experience. Any normal person could see that my face was red and that my eyes were teary and swollen from crying. I wasn't going to write this, but I am also seriously concerned about the female employee and I want to know she is safe. I would hate to be forced to have a coworker like that. Please let me know that she is and that something is being done about...

I see that I’m not valued as a customer. I don’t know if it’s because I’m black I don’t know if it’s because I was having a bad day the last time but it’s pretty awful and yeah, they don’t want my money .Walked outside saw I was give incorrect product. Was told the description on weed maps is incorrect. I was not informed prior to my purchase so that I HAD THE OPTION to get a differ t item. I was not offered a refund. Had to get another two items in exchange and pay more. Then the bystander acted as if I offended her by stating it would have been nice if you told me that product is not that price instead of substituting without my knowledge. She didn’t proceed to tell me I wasn’t paying attention to the product just the name of the brand.
