BJ Floors and Kitchens Inc. — Attraction in Passaic

Had quartz installation a few months back, mixed review... Staining appearing all over after only a few months on the countertops with cleaning done by proper products recommended at BJ. Installers gave us hard time about sink holes, even though we followed all the instructions. Then after arguing about it, did it anyway. Not helpful to already stressed customers. For backsplash ended up going elsewhere - no returns allowed for extra quantities, even full boxes Helpful over the phone, respond quickly and politely. A small abrasion on the slab was found right after installation.

No experience is perfect. I'd give more stars, but the staining is getting worse and that's just poor quality for not at all...

BJ Flooring & Tile is a great place to do business, in my opinion what makes this place great is the amazing service. This is something that you can’t get at any big box stores. We were helped by Mike & Paul, however Mike was our main contact, he is very knowledgeable about their products. He answered all our questions and clearly explained the lead time on non inventory items. Everything he told us was right on target. We just completed our second renovation picking tiles, vanities and hardware from BJ Floor and Kitchen.

We like going there for the wide range of esthetically picked choice in all different price points, but still within reasonable budget. They also have high quality and esthetically appealing hardware, vanities and anything you need to complete your bathroom or kitchen renovation.
