Whoever is saying they have great service clearly doesnt know what fly. Beautiful nails are. This is the worst place you can go to in passaic. They are rude. Demand a tip at the end of their horrible service. I got a full set. Lily did all my stiletto nails crooked n disgusting looking. Her paint job was trash. She didnt want to paint my entire nail when the sides were clearly not painted. I demanded her to fix it and she gave me a disgusting attitude like i wasn't paying her 40$ for my nails. Then rudely proceeded to talk about me to d lady sitting next to her in her language. She didnt file my nail edges and they popped off in a week without me putting any force on them. Just horrible. Worst place I’ve ever been to if I could give this place zero stars I would. The women who did my nails ( I believe was the owner) was so rough on my nails to the point that my thumb started bleeding. My nails are all misshapen and don’t even cover my actual nails. Everything was super rushed the workers seemed more concerned with going home then doing the job right. I asked for coffin style nails and got some total bs. I also showed them a picture of what I wanted it wasn’t anything crazy and yet I got the complete opposite they didn’t even paint my nails correctly. They rush to get you someone and file your nails down with the coarsest file tearing up your nail edges. When removing gel they dont soak them they use the electric file messing up your natural nail. They are rude, inconsistant, after going there last time my cuticle was ripped off above the nail showing my skin. Painful! Top of my nails look jagged now. They didnt put base coat and wen i asked she said oh you dont need it! Waste of $$ dont go there! Owner is greedy! Girls are inexperienced! Gossipy!
