Think very hard before purchasing something from there . THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK . This is by the far the worst experience Iāve had !!!! I purchase a mattress from there . It was $535 with taxes and delivery fee . Money is not an issue when itās stuff you need . I went to purchase it Sunday they told me I would get it that day . I let them know I lived in third floor . They delivered it and as they were bringing it up they ripped the mattress with the hand rail from the stairs . ofcourse we didnāt check the mattress to see if it had any defects but as my bf was going Down the stairs literally 5 mins after they left he saw cotton still on the handle . We called the store ASAP the girl told us we have to wait till the drivers get back with the receipt . Didnāt make sense but I figuered maybe itās so they can bring me anew mattress . Yeah right I called at 639 cus the store closed at 7pm and she said the guys arenāt here Iām like ok well I need my mattress being that I threw the old one out . They said oh your not going to get your mattress today I was like seriously we waited all day !!! She said well maybe you can come to the store and get the mattress I said but why we payed for it to get delivered . I asked to speak to the manager she said heās with a client sheās like you can come personally to talk to him at this point Iām livid making me go down to the store to talk to the manager !!???? Mark said we might have it delivered tomorrow morning which was Memorial Day Monday . I said ok nothing happens speak to him he said come down so you can see the mattress Iām going to give to you (3rd tkme going down there. ) says weāll its going to be hard to get it up there but weāll try. Had to wait another day Tuesday comes and the drivers didnāt try mind you the same drivers that came the first time after putting mattress on the truck and seeing how it was not going to fit he comes and tells my boyfriend we canāt get it up there didnāt try or anything . Iām devastated at this point worn out get out of my job early , go and say I need my money back (4th time going to the store ) I canāt do this another day . Mark says well we arenāt going to give you your money back and thatās all he kept saying . Was not so nice or helpful by any means . No discount he said I will give you a better mattress we had no other choice but to take it being that they werenāt going to give us our money back . He didnāt let me speak to the owner or anything . When drivers came one of them was rude . I tipped drivers both times . Wasnāt their fault how this unprofessional store is running. When my mother first purchased chairs from this business, they sent the wrong chairs.we waited about 3 weeks until they could come pick up the chairs to replace for a couch that I chose in exchange.When the couch arrived we did not like the couch the home.not even 24 hrs after couch arrived we went back to the location to try &exchange the couch for a different one which they said they would give for $600.I was told by an employee that he had to speak to his boss about the exchange & the delivery charges that would come up.I agreed and left the location.The following day I messaged him & asked if there was an update.He never responded.On sunday we called & he said that there would be a 35% restocking fee for the couch plus a pick up fee.We were ok paying them pick up fee. We disagreed on the matter of the 35% because I wanted to exchange the couch, I was not returning it. It would be a different case all together.He said he will try to speak with his boss.Again he called back and said that everything was ok & we would be able to make the exchange, to come in so that we could finalize the details & order new couch.When we arrived, Frank, the guy that we were speaking to the whole time started showing us the couches again because we wanted to make sure that it was the correct one we were getting.he walks away and the "owner/boss" comes and starts yelling at us saying that he is not going to "deal with us today" We asked why and he said he just did not want to.At this point we got agitated because he was yelling &being rude.He asked who bought the couch and my mother said it was her.I tried to intervene because he was yelling at her directly and i was not going to let that happen.He said he would only speak to her & turned away & yelled at her to come back in a month.She & I asked why and what going to happen in a month and he said he was going to think about it.We brought up that if the couch gets dirty in a month he will never change it,that he needs to take it now. So, I purchased a tv stand from here for almost $200. When they came to load the stand, they were loading the floor sample. I immediately told them I didnt want that! I paid for something brand new in the box, not for something scratched up and dented like what they were trying to give me. So, they went into their storage and 15 minutes later brought up a box of what looked like was my new tv stand I had just paid for. When my boyfriend and I got home, we opened the box and it was something completely different! We immediately called them but couldn't resolve anything because it was 20 minutes to them closing, and we live 45 minutes away! Came back the next day, and they tell my boyfriend they dont have what I already PAID for! They're giving us options they say, take the floor model as is or they can try and bring it from their warehouse maybe by 3pm!!! So I tell them, I have to work, I can't wait till that time. Give me my money back so I can go get my stuff somewhere else! Oh, but I signed a receipt that says no refunds!!! But I dont gave what I paid for!!! Irresponsible and rude!
