Giving One Star only because I can't give it 0. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE PEOPLE. My mom purchased 3 items from here (different times). The first one was a "gold" necklace with dolphins. The dolphins broke within the first half hour and when she tried to exchange for a different pendant the next day they gave her a very hard time. The second item was a "gold" bracelet for my grandmother that somehow, shortly after wearing it that week, snapped open and fell off her wrist. The third and last item we will ever purchase in this crappy place is a sapphire ring ("14k gold") that my mom just gave me for my bday . When I got into my car this past thursday morning, Barely a week after wearing, I realized the stone had fallen off and when I looked closely one of the prones had snapped, SOMEHOW. I work in an office so my work mostly consists of sitting in front of a computer and for anything else I dont ever keep my jewelry on. When I brought it in they, very rudely and with quite a nasty attitude, told me they did not do returns and to fix it they would actually charge EXTRA. On top of that they tried to blame me for their cheap quality. Mind you, it hasn't even been a month from the ring's purchase. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. THEIR SERVICE LEAVES A LOT TO BE DESIRED AND THEIR QUALITY IS BARELY EXISTENT. NOT TO MENTION THEY ARE QUITE PRICEY. I have found similar items with much better quality for comparable prices in better known jewelry stores (like Helzberg Diamonds) that actually value their customers and are accountable for their merchandise's quality. GO ELSEWHERE. THEY ARE STEALING...

I paid in full for my wedding bands, including engraving, which I completely understand is standard. I was told I’d get a call when the rings were ready—that call never came.
Three weeks later, I finally called myself and was told they were ready. I went to the store only to find out they weren’t. I was disappointed but told they'd be ready in three more days. I gave them five days and went back—still not engraved.
The owner then promised it would take just one hour to engrave. I left, came back 1.5 hours later—still not ready. He had actually left the store, and I ended up waiting another two hours.
When I finally got the rings—they engraved the wrong name on the wrong ring. After a total wait of over 2 hours and 15 minutes, I left extremely disappointed.
What’s the point of paying upfront in full if I have to show up three separate times, wait for hours, and still get the wrong engraving?
The owner never showed up to apologize or take accountability. If you’re okay with terrible service, broken promises, and a lot of wasted time—then this is the place. Otherwise, go somewhere else for ...
