3 brothers plumbing & heating LLC — Attraction in Paterson

I called their "emergency service" number at 6:05 pm because I had not heard back from my regular plumber and wanted the matter -- a slow leak-- taken care of before it caused water damage. These folks advised me that they would dispatch a plumber to arrive within 30-60 minutes. Shortly thereafter, I heard back from my regular plumber and told him I'd already committed to these guys for this job. At 8:45 I canceled the order because they still hadn't shown up, although I was apprised by Al that his people had stopped at the warehouse to get parts, that they had stopped for a sandwich (I'm not kidding with this one), etc. If you're the kind of person who doesn't do business with people you perceive to be telling you multiple lies, you should take note of my experience. I hire many contractors for the buildings I own. I would avoid this guy like the plague. Fortunately, I was able to get the leak down to a very, very slow drip courtesy of plumber's putty so that I can get my regular guy to deal with...

I have a two family apartment house that had a clog in the the 2nd floor shower tub. Brothers plumbing snake it to get rid of the clog. Cost 350.00 (which is more then a MD specialist). Later found out the Brothers the damaged pipe (never had a problem before Brothers unplugged the clog. Brother's Plumbing came back and wanted to drill 3-5 holes in different areas to find leak and make tons of damage and cost. Had another plumber come over and found the leak within 5min and fixed it with making 1 sheet rock cut in. Brother's Plumbing shouldn't do emergency calls if they don't have enough experience to fix plumbing issues, and charge high prices for an easy fix. No leak detection technology. Would never recommend or use...

On December 15, I came home to a cold home. Went to my basement to check my boiler and a part of it broke off which made the boiler shut off. Needless to say, I was angry. I always seem to have plumbing issues after hours or during the weekend. The next day at 11:37am, I called 3Brothers Plumbing and they showed up at my door at 2:00pm.

William, the plumber was honest with me and told me this is a hard repair however he will try his very best. He walked me through everything he needed to do to fix my boiler. One hour later my boiler was fixed, cleaned and I was back to a warm home. Thank you 3Brothers, I will forever use your services and recommend you to all my friends...
