A large store with a great selection of things. The pricing was a little random at times. The music was nice and a good environment to shop around. Though there was a single bad experience that left no desire to shop there again. We were there towards the end of the night and as I was on the line my friend spotted a pretty item she was interested in behind the jewelry counter. She could not see the price tag so she waited behind two people that were together viewing other items for at least 5 minutes. They kept moving in front of her blocking her view from the display. After waiting several minutes she asked the employee to see the price and was disregarded and ignored by the employee, who proceeded to keep talkin to the other customers. She waited some more, but after feeling uncomfortable and getting rude looks from both the employee and customer, who kept talking to each other, she left. After a few more minutes I went over and tried to inquire briefly. They were 5 minutes to close and did not want to keep them, as they said we have to be out by 9pm. The employee at first ignored me, but after asking again they said that I couldn't see the price, because I had to ask the other customer since they were still viewing. Not that exact item, but all things. I asked the customer if it was alright for me to see the price and if she was trying to buy that item or all items and stated I did not want to make it longer for all the employees. The customer was rude and defensive, but it was the dismissive nature of the employee and side eyes to one another with the pair of customers that left both my friend and I confused and disrespected. I understand if this is some specific policy in place, but the way the worker ignored my friend and spoke to me was rude and dissapointing. The other employee that checked us out was very sweet and accommodating as it was just that singular employee and their behavior and demeanor that left us feeling we would not...
Read moreThey have Rude employees. It’s like they’re upset that you’re shopping! If it’s 5:58 pm they’re kicking you out the store. If you’re still looking at items they want you to stop and run to the register to pay. I was on my way to the door and was yelled at by employee to leave because it’s closed while it was 5:58pm! ? Should I fly to the door? So RUDE!!! Then the employee turns around to talk about me in Spanish! The store closes at 6pm. They lock doors BEFORE 6pm! Most people get off work at 5/6 pm. Hours should be extended till at least 8pm! . Half don’t speak English and can’t answer any questions. Most items are wayyyy over priced even if in bad condition. These are not thrift store prices! Anything Michael Kors is almost same price as NEW! They think MK is high end! The prices used to be good at the old location. They don’t take debit or credit or exchange or refunds! I bought earrings one time the clasp broke as soon as I tried them on! That’s 7.99 in the trash they won’t refund! Ridiculous! Customer service needs to improve. Manager is pretty unprofessional as well. In addition this store Does NOT contribute any of the proceeds to the community such as homeless people they are there strictly FOR their own profit!!!! They receive everything free as they have the trucks that say they pick up items free but only sell for profit!...
Read moreI tried to give this thrift store a chance today, but unfortunately, the experience was terrible. Clearly management doesn’t care about the closing issue if another customer made the exact same complaint three weeks ago, and nothing has been done.
The store advertises closing at 9:00 PM, yet when I arrived at 8:30, the security guard was already pushing people out. That left me with barely 10 minutes to shop before being told to leave. How can anyone have a good shopping experience if you won’t even let customers browse until the actual closing time?
To make things worse, this wasn’t my first bad encounter here. The first time I visited, I couldn’t even buy the items I wanted because the ATM machine inside had run out of cash, and they wouldn’t let me pay otherwise.
And honestly what’s the point of saying you close at 9 if you kick people out early just to “restock”? Isn’t that something you do after customers leave? Or am I crazy for thinking operating hours should actually mean operating hours?
Between being rushed out early and not being able to complete a purchase before, I’m done. This was my second and last visit never again will I be going back to such a...
