I had been very worried about having a two week vacation and leaving my cats for the very first time I have a large household with many cats needing special attention. Calli and I communicated quite a bit before she chose someone who she felt would be a good fit. Veronica and I then got together and we set up multiple times for her to get to know my cats and routines before I left. I felt very confident by the time my vacation came around. Veronica was great. She listened, followed instructions, took the time to get to know each cat and took care of them beautifully. She went the extra mile and even watered my garden when needed. She kept in touch constantly while I was away and shared pictures of the cats and asked questions when needed. I now have the confidence in knowing I can go on vacation and trust Veronica to take care of my cats almost even better than i can! She kept to the routine and was always there when scheduled. I highly recommend Posh paws to take care of your babies!! And this was all after Hurricane Beryl and both of us had no power! Veronica was stuck with having to take care of my household with no power using flashlights at night and when I had ordered battery powered fans which did not come in until the day after I left, she set them all up. Love Love the in home daycare for our son. I just so happen to come across Posh Paws while I was searching for something and very happy that I did. Calli (daycare), Sunni (pet taxi) and Joy (manager and arranged everything) have been great at all. Calli is so wonderful in all and we are so comfortable her watching our baby, seriously!! Yes, we were nervous at first, but after meeting her and seeing our son comfortable, I left meeting her, feeling good. She is so great and our son is very very happy. She's responds quickly and sends pictures. So amazing. If he enjoys it, then that tells me he has fun. I didn't use for boarding, but if I needed to, I would be comfortable to do so. I used their drop off and pickup daycare for my son and pet taxi for travel- yes, I'm glad they offer this and that's how everything else fell into place. Sunni was great bringing him to where we met up in San Antonio. Kept me updated very well and pictures. If you need someone to take your fur baby somewhere, call them!! Updates are wonderful on my baby on whomever he was with. It is great and I'll look forward to keep having my son with Posh...
